My mum bought a jacket from there, which was incorrectly sewed. The shop assistans refused to provide the refund, offered to swap it for a different one, which was also incorrectly sewed. They also offered to post a different one from another shop. Then they said they won't return money, just offer the vouchers in the value of that jacket. It is pretty useless, as the jacket is the only thing she liked in there. Customer service is very behind the standards of the western world.

I would definitely avoid it unless you are sure you won't mind wasting your time by going there at least 5 times to fix a simple thing like that.

Kúpil som si bundu,celá bola od mastných fľakov ktoré som si všimol až doma.Obsluha katastrofálna..som si istý že o tom dávno vedela a aj tak sa to snažila zakryť..odporúčam nekupovať overpriced vadné produkty

Зашли в магазин, продавец спросил с Украины ли мы , ответили да, и начал невежливо высказываться в нашу сторону. Спасибо будем другой стороной обходить этот магазин.
