Fantastic place for you and your family. Loved the view. The staff was so nice, I appreciate the effort. You can have sheesha. The place is open, so you can smoke. The prices in the menu are VAT included. Their bathrooms are clean and serviced. Great experience. You can get on a boat after you finish eating, drinking, etc.

Excellent ambiance and shisha. Their beverages are too delicious. Shisha stays fresh for a long time.
Their appetizers and pizzas are both delicious. I frequently visit Seef Cafe with my pals.

Clean and beautiful Cafe comfortable and large group people can enjoy boating in one boat.
8 people can ride at one time in 150 riyal not a bed deal for the people's who come in groups.
Customer safety is there priority. One of the must visited place in khobar.

Great experience! The place is amazing to spend time with friends and hangout. We ordered several hot and cold drinks with shisha, everything is great at a very affordable price. The place has indoor and outdoor spaces with a great view. Will definitly come back.

I was yesterday night at the place. With 42 degrees temperature the terrace was full. Crazy. I was surprised. Shisha is good. Soft drinks and food available. Area for bachelors and another for families. The terrace is open and mix as well as on the water. Couch seating inside very comfortable.

Nice and cosy cafe with sheesha. i visited this place many times and always like my experience. especially their food.
but recently i planned our daughter’s birthday their and ask the guy “Akash” to provide us the big room. and this guy is really a nice guy. he open that room specifically for us, and decorate it as per our request and serve us very well.
