Laundry service is excellent! Mr. Apu is friendly and helpful, very professional. The service is great. I got my laundry back within 3 hours. It's so soft and clean and folded so beautifully. The service provides a clean, cloth bag with fresh, clean clothes. I will definitely come here again! Room service is also very good. clean clean! I went to Dammam on a business trip and the hotel is very modern and comfortable.
The rooms are always tidy and spacious. The service was positive, but take in consideration that if you require room service next to praying hours, it can take longer time.
The location is in an isolated zone, creating some challenges when calling an Uber (especially in the evening).
For an industrial zone hotel, it is top. An example of infrastructures to many hotels worldwide.

As soon as i walked in to the lobby area of the hotel I was amazed by the sheer cleanliness of the place, on the left they have a lovely refreshment station that has cooled water, detox water and the best Arabian tea.

The management definitely seems to know how to run a tight ship.

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Room is clean and tidy. They have a Starbucks bar in lobby. Mohammad Sagor was really nice and serving great coffee for me. Location is a bit far from Dhahran, but overall good experience

Best services reasonable prices. Cooperative staff especially Borhan who was assisting us through the event at HSE providing extensions cords, tables or any missing items such as trash bags

My hotel stay was good and house keeping and laundry service (apu) is great and very helpful.

Top manager, top team, very clean and tidy rooms made it an excellent stay so far for us!

Liked · Great manager (Hesham) backed by great staff at the hotel (from Hammad at reception to Prem and Haider the person cleaning our room). All of the staff made our stay quite easy and comforting. We moved from 2bd apt to 1br suite and the move was hassle free. Decent breakfast, lunch & dinner options at the inhouse restaurant. Cleanliness (which is very imp to me personally) was top notch, the housekeeping guys do a great job. Excellent stay so far, I will be staying another month hence more details later!

Disliked · Kids playing area was closed for maintenance since days, nobody was aware whats going on and when its going to open again. Would have been good for our kids to enjoy the play area. Plus, the no microwave policy in the main hotel rooms is tough esp for long-stay families with little kids.

Been using Laundry for months now and I am really impressed with their services, they are always on time and never fail to provide the best of the best!
