Never thought to meet someone that could understand every single word that I spoken!, such a remarkable visit for this store, my first time visiting this store is to look for a service regarding my broken MacBook and i met Mr. Meshaal asking for a solution to my problem, I’ve been presented with several different solutions and I was told about the best of em, that its the best time to upgrade MacBook to a newer one!, I’ve never thought about this solution but i was heading to speak with the sales representative and asked for a promo for MacBooks, i was ended up with a machine that I’m very satisfied with, not gonna lie but i feel very blessed with this visit, thank you whoever made this place a wonderful experience🤍👍.

It’s a good, professional and quick service. They offered a maintenance service for my airpod with no delay.
I would only recommend considering additional staff to meet the customer volume and avoid the long queue waiting time.

I mostly didn't expect to see this branch here in madina but now I'm surprised that we have this already and I didn't know about it until now, the place is almost identical to apple store, very charming and cooperative staff with pleasure to help customers. This is my first time visiting Aleph and I would certainly visit them again, there is a service section where they fix phones and stuff just like arab computers!. Thanks to every employee who made this experience very pleasant.

We being waiting for the store to open in Madina for a long time and here it is now . Amazing store with all apple products . this is the right place where you can find whatever u need.
