Fitness Time Ladies - وقت اللياقة ليديز

a very pleasant experience I had with the help of Nada! I am a tourist here and can’t speak Arabic, but she greeted me very well, brought me on a tour to get to know all the facilities.

I intentionally go for the gym and wallahi all are great! Not to mention the shower area which we can use comfortably.

I just go here once due to my short visit (it is free! if only one day), but would recommend Fitness Time Ladies, always!

Hopefully there’s any daily entry but the minimum subscription is for 3 months.

I have been joining fitness time a long time ago in Jeddah city, now I'm joining the Madina branch (khaldiah) the coaches are amazing, helpful and fully professional.

I’ve tried body pump class with coach (حور) and I do really recommend everybody to join her class its a quite useful and fun 😍😍 🙏🏻

بغض النظر عن النادي، يااخواتي لاتمارسوا اليوقا فهي طقس تعبدي للهندوس ومعناها انها وسيلة للاتحاد بين الروح الفردية والروح الكونية للإله. ومن تشبه بقوم فهو منهم. فيها انحناءات كنها صلاة وممكن يقولوا لكم انها سترتشينق وتمرين عضلات نص ساعه فقط. و قد تقول قائلة ان الهندوس يمارسوها ثمان ساعات واليوقا تمرين نصف ساعه فقط. انتبهوا بالذات في وضعية شبه السجود والركوع .. والتمارين العادية تغنيكم عن مثل هذه الأمور. يعني بالله عليكم ما يكفي السير والدراجه ورفع الاثقال لخسارة الوزن؟ والسترتشينق يكفي بعد التمرين مباشرة لمدة خمس دقائق وبدون ازعاج الموسيقى
بعض النوادي ايضا فيها مدربات تتحدث اثناء اليوقا بكلام ماله معنى لدرجة البنات يقتنعوا ان اليوقا صحية وتخرج الطاقة السلبية من الجسم.
ابحثوا في اليوتوب عن الموضوع والكثير يتحدث عن الحقيقة .
حبذا لو يتم تهيئة مواقف السيارات بشكل يليق بفتنس تايم، وحبذا لو تضيفون عصا بلياردو اخرى سليمة غير الموجودة.. وشكرا لتعاونكم ونثق بمستوى خدمتكم، ونأمل سرعة استجابتكم، ونثمن جهودكم، و.... الخ الخ الخ الخ
