The hotel is renewed so the rooms are clean
Lobby is large and smells good.
The hoel is a 4 stars hotel not 5 so dont expect higher than a 4 stars service
The best thing in the hotel is that it is near masjid near the door of women 5 min walking

Ambiance was great .... Rooms were comfortable.... Location was the best.... Looking forward to come again very soon In shaa ALLAH

1 am stay here about 1 week. Good place, only 100m to 328 Gate. Nearby shop lot. Easy to shopping. Food maybe suitable for asian. Recommendation, verity the breakfast, lunch and dinner..because i see it same menu

Very near to Masjid Nabawi only 200 metres. Near to money changer, BinDawood supermarket pharmacy. Alhamdulillah. We are family of 4 pax, came with Thalieb Tour, Indonesia, Syawal 1444H, 16-20 May 2023.

Ma shaa Allah the hotel is in very good location and the services they offered was quite good. They had included breakfast which was of very good quality. It was buffet system with lots of items. Alhamdulillah we enjoyed our stay there.

Very Nice Hotel, Reception staff was very professional and welcoming, check In and Check out was fast and efficient. Room size is average but clean. Bathrooms are very small, specifically bath are is very small. Good location very near to Masjid Nabwi. Breakfast was very good and they have a lot of variety.

A good place to stay. Short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. Many shops nearby. Good food, but the restaurant can be very crowded so manage your time well. The room is ok, nothing fancy, but it's just for showering & sleeping anyway. No hairdryer (even if you request). The hotel should ban people from smoking in front of the hotel. Bad image for the hotel and it stinks.

Nice and comfortable hotel just near to the Majid an Nabawi. Excellently located and with all facilities inside. One steps right from this hotel you can buy high-quality and cheap dates, especially Ajwa Dates. Strongly recommended to stay in for all hajj and Umrah pilgrims. Good and nice breakfast. We had a great first visit to this hotel. Made especially easy with the help of MR EMAD RAHEEM who ensured that our check-in and stay went smooth and provided help with all our extra requests. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and close to al salam entrance to the mosque. I highly recommend staying here.

It is located very close to haram probably 2mins walkin distance.
Hotel staff are very helpful and cooperative.
Going on if ever I will have a chance to visit medina I would consider this hotel and suggest all to live in.

My overall experience in Al Shourfah Hotel is awesome... rooms were very clean.. everyday there was room cleaning... staff is very cordial.
The great thing is that Masjid e Nabavi is only 2 mins by walk to gate no 16 & 17.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel us located within close proximity of the Masjid An Nabawi. There us ample parking around the hotel. If you want a spot directly in front the hotel, it is about SR.5. A bit further near Masjid Bilal is about SR.1. Per hour.
