The time we spent at your hotel was extremely high quality. The employees are very kind and solution oriented. Especially Chef Haris is a very successful chef. We will miss his cooking very much. The staff at the restaurant are really polite and friendly.
We will repeat this experience as soon as possible.

Very nice accommodation. We had a 2 bedroom suite. I liked that the room came with a washer/dryer. The staff was very friendly. Nasiruddin at the restaurant made sure we had what we needed. The omelets were delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff is extremely polite and cater each needs.
Room service is very good.
Only we were faced with the issue of smell in the room that was being solved after a day.
Prior cleaning will make much difference.
location and shuttle service is extremely well to reach to haram on time.

We had a very wonderful stay at this hotel. The service we received was truly exceptional, one of the best we’ve ever had. The bellboys, Amir and Hasan were very kind and helpful. Nasruddin, Aslam, and Ansari were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The chef, Harris ElSayed, prepared scrumptious food. I’m glad we found this hotel.

Stayed here a while back, great service and rooms. The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable. The staff are welcoming, professional and friendly. Mr Yousef, Ms Rahaf and Ms Dania were excellent in assisting us extend our stay and ensured that our room cards and checkout times were all in order for the remaining period

This hotel is one of the best to stay in Madina although it’s a bit far from the Prophet’s mosque.
Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Ms. Leena tried her best to make us feel comfortable.
Ansari, Amir, Mohsin & Waqar were such great guys from the staff who made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. They were very polite and helpful at all times.

A few things that should be improved: Extra bed which the hotel offers is extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast can be better!

This place is really nice .
The rooks are bigger and there is a pool , billiards, and the dining area is amazing.
The team of workers reception , room service , the room cleaners and best of all the dining service are all excellent
Their breakfast is amazing .we want to give special thanks to Naseeruddin , Ansari and chef Ajad - who makes the best omelettes.
Coffee her is Amazing - especially the cappuccino. We had at least two cups everyday .
It's kids friendly and the hours for breakfast are extended ...,
There is a mall next to the place with inside entrance - making it very convenient to shop for almost anything you need

No need to give much words, this place is absolute perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially bellboy that I don’t know the name (sorry🙏🏾) also Muntazir and Sari, room is great and they provide shuttle to haram. Price is high for some people but if you have the budget, this place is 100% worth it.
