Emaar Mektan Hotel

We stayed in this hotel during Ramadan 2024, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Location of hotel is excellent, rooms were good & clean with great views, staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was faultless.

Very nice and clean rooms with good beds. The bathroom was very spacious and it had shower gel and other necessities to use. The highlight of this hotel is the location as it is very close to the mosque. There are also a lot of shops around for shopping. The room would be cleaned everyday by a cleaner who would do a very good job. Overall the experience was great but one thing I would change is the breakfast. There were not much options and the food was not too good for the price. But overall this was a 5 out of 5 rated experience. Would definitely recommend 👍

The hotel's proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi is a definite highlight, with convenient parking available in the basement. A mere 2-minute walk allows easy access to the Haram, while nearby restaurants cater to varied tastes. Additionally, several historic mosques are just a short distance away, enhancing the cultural experience. The exceptional team, led by a competent manager, ensures a pleasant stay. I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.
I experienced an issue during my stay which required escalation, and I'm pleased to say that it was swiftly and effectively resolved by the manager. Their personal attention and commitment to resolving the matter left me impressed and satisfied with the level of service provided.

Excellent hotel. Rooms were fabulous, staff was excellent, specifically Mr Siddique. We reached earlier than check in time and they allowed earlier check in without any fuss. Next to Haram shreef. I will highly recommend it.

Affordable hotel, friendly staff, apartments are neat and clean. underground parking is little tight for big cars but overall good place to stay

From the point we entered in to the hotel we were personally greeted by Ehsan who was expecting us.. this was very welcoming.. he upgraded our room as a complementary when he saw our family to a family suite. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was ok not the best. The hotel is very close to Haram and gate 316 is under 5 min walk.. would recommend this hotel

Stayed here in December. Really nice hotel. Great location. Close proximity of masjid nabawi and also shopping/food. The reception and concierge staff were amazing. Really helpful.

Clean and up to standard. Big rooms and good bathrooms as well. Would be cleaned everyday and good location to the mosque. The only thing bad is the breakfast as there are barely any options and the food is dry and bland. The elevators are also very slow and take long to come. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend to anyone from the UK and anywhere else

Very conveniently located 5 min walk from Masjid e Nabwi. Rooms are clean and staff is very courteous and accommodating. Would highly recommend it.

Totally worth it

Honestly, I had a very pleasant stay at Emaar Maktan Hotel. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The 2 Bangladeshi cleaners Imran and Yunis were so warm and welcoming. Always greeting everyone with a smile and really made us feel at home. Also, the lovely Reema, who is the daytime receptionist was amazing. She was always on hand to help and made the check in process seamless. The staff really do make this hotel standout and add that extra bit of quality to it. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the holy city of Medina

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we were all friends enjoyed a lot as it is perfect at location as stepping out means in stepping in Masjid e Nabvi and service was excellent house keeping was also best and staff was cooperative as well. Thank you team Emaar Al Mektaan

Absolutely loved it. You dont have to ask for service in your room or if you need anything. The staff will get your job done without expecting any money. The manager will check the room after the cleanup. The reception is courteous and understanding. I booked this hotel after the horrible experience in another hotel, and they made sure i was looked after.

Hotel was amazing. Everything you need is available. Good Room service, water available on request and good AC. Particularly Taibah was amazing, always smiling and happy, Allah bless her with much happiness.

We got a great price per night in this hotel, booked it last minute ( the night before our arrival!), upon arrival, at the reception, they upgraded our simple double room for a suite for up to 5 people, the service was GREAT, the rooms very clean and tidy, provided everything we needed ( toilet paper, shaving cream, shampoo, etc..supplied everyday).
Will book again for our next Omra inchaallah . Thank you, for all the staff🙏👌
