Hotel Bosphorus

All staff who we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Our room was on a low floor but there was no issue with external noise, room was spacious and clean. Finally the location, perfectly placed just a short walk from the masjid. Very happy with the stay

I stayed in Bosphorus hotel for 3 nights. In Suites room. It’s so comfortable for family since it has 2 rooms and Living room. The breakfast was so delicious and many Choices.

The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly specially Abeer , her tolerance with our needs was absolutely the best! The hotel is very clean and the food is very tasty.
Overall I enjoyed it and I will recommend it for everyone.

I did enjoy my 1 night stay at Bosporus hotel, it’s a pretty cool hotel, clean and the staff are super friendly. In addition, the location of the hotel is brilliant, a walkable distance to the mosque. What impressed me most that the hotel was full yet, it was spotless clean including the bathrooms on the M ground. Very well done and keep it up !

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Le Bosphorous. The staff were very diligent, especially the young lady at the reception, who works the evening shift, was extremely helpful in sorting out a guest bed for my plus 1. The decor was a simplistic look with shades of grey and white to keep the mood relaxed and calm. The lounge, the hallway, and the rooms were kept extremely clean. The bed, the duvet, the linen, and the pillows were very comforting.

The only criticism is that the restaurant at the mezzanine floor is quite small, so it gets packed up fairly quickly. However, it's not something I cannot blame the hotel for, as they're restricted to the dimension of the building.

So to conclude, I'd most certainly recommend friends and family, and I'd also be happy to come and stay again.

Front desk check-in rep Reem was SO SO kind and nice. We had a large family of 7 (2 adults, 3 older kids and 2 younger kids). We were only in Madinah for one day/night and were doubling up on our Fairmont hotel in Makkah so we had just selected a standard room with 5 beds and city view. Sister Reem not only upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost but it also had a Rowda view! The breakfast was amazing and the walk to the Haram was only 1-2 minutes longer than the tremendously expensive hotels that “appear” to be closer on google maps. This Le Bhosphourous hotel was way better at only half the price of our Makkah Fairmont hotel even despite us paying for the “exclusive” Gold elevator fiasco over there. The included breakfast buffet here had something for everyone and it was all fresh and tasty. May Allah reward the staff and owners of this hotel with infinite goodness. THEY ARE NOT IN IT TO NICKEL AND DIME you like most other hotels in the two Harams. Wi-fi was super fast too and never dropped out like Fairmont. Stay here and you won’t be sorry In Shaa Allah because you will have time to spend in worship instead of hours in elevators, malls and food court lines in Clock Tower. In Madinah there is food delivery service direct to your room from various independent food delivery services for like 10 riyal if you do want food other than what is immediately available.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. They exceeded my expectations!

If I compare this Hotel with 5 Star hotel in Makkah where I stay, Le Bosphorus is way Better than my hotel in Makkah.
I must appreciate all the staff members at Le Bosphorus who are very Caring, especially Mr Azad who always step forward to welcome and guide Guests .

Walking distance from mosque, Masallah Tea was best in very nice breakfast, roomss were nice, clean and spacious

Very nice hotel with good staff. Less than 5 minutes walk to the masjid. Their meals are tasty with a friendly environment.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Facilities are up to date, takes around 7-10mins to masjid. Very friendly and professional staff, felt very welcoming with tea and flowers. I would like to thank the staff at the hotel, right from checkin to checkout everyone was wonderful. What a great hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted with coffee, dates and roses. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is located 3-4 mins away from the mosque. Would definitely recommend

Extraordinary experience amazing staff (either male or female staff members) Marvelous rooms ( Rooms 305 & 306), well furnished ,super neat
House keeping & room service are superb and very professional , they sent us messages via whatsapp asking us the about our expecting arrival time and we surprised with their warm welcoming with nice flowers. To sum up our coming trip to Madinah will be at bosphorus hotel thank you so much nice team

Its a good neat and clean hotel, little far from ladies gate, but service is great and rooms are clean. Breakfast is little higher in price and menu is okish. My advice is for them to close breakfast option.. thank you :)

Very close to Haram mosque, around 500 feet, very clean rooms, changing room for more convenience, definitely recommend.

Bosphorus was amazing! It is super close to the Majid Al Nabawi so you can go anytime. Super convenient and the room overall was spacious and great.
