We had little bit bad experience regarding laundry service in this hotel by a Room attendance. He took charge very costly. 50 SAR for 1 kg. and even though our clothes was doing nothing! Still same dirty and bad smell and not iron

It is in a very good location and the nearest peaceful mosque is Ghamama with an easy walking route

Our hotel as we spent several nights in Madinah al Munawwarah .. nice hotel, good food and very close to the Mosque of the Prophet. Just go straight to the East and the yard of the mosque is right before your eyes.

The best thing about this hotel is that its on walking distance from Masjid E Nabvi. Rooms were clean and service was good. There were lifts available for all floors.

Great hotel, very near to Haram like around 7 to 900 meters. Excellent rooms, very clean and big to accomodate big capacities. Best part is it's not very expensive too. I have been to the hotel in Ramadan 2022. Appreciate their service. Thanks alot

Hotelmis excellent .we lost our two small bags which got our all money and jewellery. But I salute to housekeeping man nisar honestly which return the bags and everything inside I think hotel has to recognise his honestly as well and give reward thanks

Out of the three hotels in which I stayed in Medina this hotel is the one that I liked the most because first of the cleanliness of their rooms. Also you don't have to hangout in the lobby for wifi connection, because it is available from your. Room service was excellent as well. Every morning someone comes to check you out to make sure that you are satisfied with your room.
I definitely recommend it and will return in Ramadan Insh'Allah.

Worst service, no Wifi available in hotel, Dinning area is very bad, very congested, rooms are cozy. The only positive thing is it is very near to Masjid-E-Nabawi gate that goes straight to Roza (SAW) I have given 5 stars, not for the Hotel, but for the route. It will just take hardly 10 minutes or even less than that from Hotel to Masjid-E-Nabawi Gate.

right now am in this hotel ,, room # 444 ,, its a very nice hotel ,, very near to ate 6 masjid nabwi walking diatance is max 2-3 mints to gate number 6,, rooms are very neat and clean ,, room service is fabulastic ,, hotel having 8 fast lifts service ,, outside hotel is very polite and nice area ,, this hotel is recomemded
