The staff super helpful. When the elevator is packed, they let my family to use service elevator. The food at restaurant quite good with many options. Eventhough the room was too small for 3 people but the other things was super.

The hotel staff, from reception to the cleaning teams, consistently greeted guests with warm smiles and a readiness to assist. The proximity to Masjid an Nabawi is unbelievably convenient; it takes just one minute from the hotel entrance to gate 330, and less than three minutes to reach the interior of the mosque. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we anticipated.

Room was rather small but clean. Room service always on standby.

Amazing from beginning to end. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Everything was quite tidy. There was every convenience imaginable in the accommodation. Big and really comfortable, the bed. The smellies and incense were a great addition. I love the smell damn much ! In contrast to other more traditional hotels, everything felt modern and fresh.

Very good location and very friendly and prompt service housekeeping staffs. Just a mere 5mins walk to Masjid Nabawi. Around the area ample shopping alley and nice kebab stall just beside the hotel. Food is awesome and tasty. Nice spread of buffet. I love the most the enormous and comfy bed. The pillow is damn soft and comfy to my slumber...

Just a 2 min. walk to al masjid al nabawy.

It’s my very first time that I have visited to do my umrah to Madina … this hotel is located exactly opposite to the Haram … my view from my hotel room was so beautiful and the location is so perfect …
I used to come down from the room and just at 50 meters walk We can perform namaz all five times a day.

Besides the hospitality, the cleanliness, the interiors of the hotel was so wonderful and I felt like I stayed in a five-star which can be easily termed as a seven star hotel. It was a completely awesome experience and I hardly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I am very addicted to Indian food, but I absolutely had no issues in adopting myself to the food available in this hotel as they had Dal rice biryani and the best cuisine available it did not give me a feeling of missing Indian food at all.

My stay and experience for so comfortable that I so wish. I could extend my travel journey, but because of my professional commitments I have to go back.

I hope to come back the next year if God permits and stay at the same place .

I'm giving 5stars for the location of the hotel. The rooms were a little on the smaller side but comfortable. The bathroom was allso decent size. We had suhoor and iftar included, the restaurants were very busy in Ramadan. The food i found was nice, more for the palate of the middle eastern cuisine. My highlight was the amazing omlettes for breakfast. Even though it was a bit of a wait. Can't complain. Staff were amazing. Alhamdulillah

The best location as its about 50 Meter to the great grand mosque of Prophet Mohamed " Masjeed Nabawi ".
Great service by their staffs though the standard room rather slightly smaller.
Cleanliness and service are very goods.
Highly reccomended hotels if you were in Medidah, Saudi Arabia.

Credit must b given 2 d restaurant waiter, Mansoor 4 a job very well done. Always smiling, always greeting, fast worker, clear d table well so d space is waiting 4 d customers, forever & always helpful. It makes one experience a memorable one, even if d food isn't.
