Dar Al Eiman Al Haram Hotel

Wonderful experience of stay at hotel. Nice suite was provided and wonderful comfortable room. Reception staff is very helpful and cooperative. The environment was relaxed and friendly. Main advantage is that its just a few minutes walk away from Masjid Nabawi. The only problem is that the service majority of waiters are average but few are expectional nice and friendly. Most of the waiters lack friendliness and warmth. At times they show too much attitude. Otherwise experience was great and memorable. Security guards of hotel are kind, friendly and helpful. Food was of excellent quality and great quality control maintained.

Great stay near Prophet's Mosque! Had a wonderful experience at Dar Al Eiman Al Haram Hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the mosque. A special thanks to Renad in the reception for her help during my stay .
They made everything much easier. Highly recommend this hotel!

Customer service by cleaning department and front gate service was excellent. Really close to haram. Small walk to female main entrance. Breakfast is really good. Easy service and let you take food in the room, people wearing niqab feels comfortable. It's new building and clean.it has two entrance in the main lobby. Also parking lot. Shops are closeby. Only thing problematic is they are nationalistic. They were celebrating some national holiday on the lobby with loud music and dances.

My family and I were totally pleased with our stay at Al Haram Hotel from the 8th Feb 2024 till 15the Feb 2024. THe rooms were neat and beautiful especially after the refurbishment , the staff were excellent , the food was great . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 5 star hotel in close proximity to Masjidun Nabawi. Well done Al Haram. Was Salaam.

Excellent property and very well maintained. Font desk very friendly and helpful and the room was large and comfortable.
Easy acces to and from Masjid Nabawi and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the place. Highly recommended.

Located just few steps from prophet’s mosque, the hotel is a good value. The staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet is ok.

Under new management & had recently completed repair & renovation. The staff are responsive and giving their best. Ourselves just be patient, at least being human. 😊

A very good hotel. Stay was enjoyable. Direct access to gate 26 and 25 for women. Hotel is less than 250 steps from haram entrance.
Try and get breakfast included in your stay it's worth the cost..it's quite lavish with Arabian, continental and American breakfast choices.
The rooms were clean and the staff courteous.

Location is great which is near women gate and Al baqi as well is 7 minutes away. Hotel is clean and quiet. Fast check in and check out. They extend my stay 4 hours because of my flight was at night for free.

We stayed in Al haram hotel during our visit to medina. It is nice hotel located near to holy mosque. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The room service was excellent and staff was decent. The complementary breakfast was good and tasty. The only problem were the elevators. The elevators were in the process of maintenance so only 2 or 3 elevators were working at a time and at the time of prayers the elevators were mostly jam packed.

A very very good hotel right next to Prophet Masjid (SAW). Its walking distance from Masjid e Nabwi (SAW). Hotel staff is good , language is no barrier specially if you are Urdu Speaking. Rooms are neat and tidy, they can provide Iron facility when you ask them to. Breakfast buffet is very good with new items everyday. So overall, a very good Hotel.

Very close to Alharam. Good amenities. Reception was much better this time. Even found a fruit basket waiting for us. Nice touch! For local travelers, they have parking on site; big advantage.

The hotel is very near to elharam especially for ladies gate 25 , i didn't face any issues and the check in process was quite smooth , the only cons for hotel is that its more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star this due do the room furniture and decoration and the hotel facilities but Overall i am satisfied with my stay and will use it again during my next visit isa if i may

For standard hotel in Madinah, this is worth to try. Maybe the furniture little bit old school, but the facilities near to complete. The lift is so many. Very near to gate 26, that is near the women gate.
