Great hotel located just outside the haram in Medina (gate 329). Staff in this hotel are super friendly and very helpful!
Breakfast is good. There are also a lot of places to grab food just outside the hotel.
Spa/massage available too.
Money Exchange next door to hotel.

Location wise very convenient. Right across the street from the Masjid al Nawabi. Rooms were nice. Loved that we had a suite. We were able to open the windows to let fresh air in. Having two bathrooms was really good. Breakfast was nice with fresh juices, tea and coffee. Only this problem we had were the lifts.

Great hotel with clean rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Better that Movenpick across the street. Hotel smells nice. 1 minute walk to the Haram.

At the end of the whole stretch of hotels within the clock tower, this is one of the best we stayed in, Alhamdulillah.

Room:
It is a stretch to walk to the end but we wanted the area with lesser movements/human traffic around. We did get the room nearest to the lift lobby, which is a plus point since we are traveling with senior with wheelchair.

The room is clean and very well maintained! Nice cosy corners for us to put items as well. We apologise on the images, as we were pursuing Ibadah instead of our usual shots.

Service:
The housekeeping staff were superb and were at the top of their game. Constantly asking our experience in the hotel and asking for any other shortcomings that they may assist. We definitely felt the hospitality were well managed, which in turn generated great experiences for guests.

Location:
The hotel itself is within the clock tower. Our exit is beside the Swissotel. Since we were rather familiar with the area, we had an easier time traveling up n down from hotel to mosque with ease.

We definitely will give 5 stars for this hotel. Cheers!

Fyi, The floor with the Mosque is a plus when u have seniors with wheelchair

This was the 1st time we visited Saudi Arabia for Umrah. (August 2023) This was one of the best hotels we have stay in. Very quiet and well presented. The food was very nice and staff have done a very good job. We was very close to Majid Nawabi. Which was very good for us because we was travelling with a wheelchair traveller. We like to thank the hotel staff for making our 1st trip to Saudi Arabia and our stay at the Frontel Al hrithia a very remarkable trip. All the best for the future.

We stayed here during our stay in Medina.
Firstly, the location was perfect. This hotel is situated just a minute away from Masjid Al-Nawabi, walking distance.
The rooms were clean throughout, hotel service was also good. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was also clean.
Buffet breakfast was very delicious and the staff service was great.
The hotel has a cafe in the lobby, the service here was also great, very friendly staff. The tea/coffee was really delicious.
Hotel is reasonably priced but what you would expect of a 5*.
The Hotel was beautiful throughout, especially the lobby area, the furnishings and the atmosphere would definitely make me a returning customer.

This Hotel is Excellent in every way from the decor to customer service is faultless. I have stayed with my family and friends whenever I travel to Medinah, and each time the service has been exceptional Alhamdullilah. I recommend this hotel as it’s a couple of minutes away from Masjid Al Nawabi, directly to women’s gate. Perfect location. You will not be disappointed. It’s states it’s a 4 star but better then any 5 star.

Except one thing is harmful.
I was staying in this hotel junior suite room 811 , stay date 28th July 2023.
As per picture, you guys can see there is a steel peice has been fixed on the pillar behind the bed. My son was sleeping on bed , during he sleep he turned his hands towards another direction and touched this steel piece, which results cuts on his hands due to this steel decoration peice has sharp edges.
You guys can see the blood on the bed of my son.

I informed Mr. Khaled the duty manager, they just said one thing. We apologise for this, we will give you discount on your next visit.
They don't care about some hurts badly.
