Ruve Al Madinah

Location is very close to female gate 25.

Room was clean and all the amenities were provided.

Hair dryer , iron , kettle available too.

Very satisfied with the stay.

It is expensive though. But if one can afford it then highly recommended.

They have paid parking available. 50 SAR per day. Very limited parking though as compared to rooms. But we got the parking

Great location, great ambience, great service, great food, sufficient elevators. The room service boy named Skhwat Husain did great job to our room; service, hospitality, cleanliness, room fragrance, etc, he made our room excellent, thank you so much boy!!

Best hotels to stay. Specially if you're travelling with females as its right across the ladies gate of masjid nabwi. 2min walk to haram. Hotel is surrounded by nice shops and madinah frame is almost 4min walk from hotel. Highly recommended hotel. Value to money I would say.

We loved this hotel in every aspect. The employees are very friendly and try to help in everything. The rooms are nice, the food is good. It is very close to Masjid al-Nabawi. There is everything you might need around. I recommend it to everyone.

It's a 4star hotel. Rooms are quite small. If you are expecting excellent service, this is not the place. All the rooms have 2 super single beds with a bar fridge, a 32 inch TV, a particularly nice bathroom.

Stayed in this hotel for the past few days to perform the holy Umrah. A beautiful location for Hajis. Service is very good. Especially the housekeeping staff Kazi Zakir impressed me with his always smiling and excellent service. I think I will stay at this hotel if I go to Medina again to perform Umrah.

The Hotel situated just 5 minutes walk to the Nabawi Mosque, so can visit the Mosque all the time You want.
We have no complain to hotel as We are "invited" by prophet Muhammad PUBH to visit HIM, and We are soo Happy with anything We have during the visiting.

Rooms may be alittle tight especially when u have cargo luggages. but overall very satisfied with the stay. The distance is just nice to the masjid nabawi. Probably 3 mins walk to entrance. Its near the ladies entrance. Men have to walk alittle more maybe add 1 min or so but hey extra steps to masjid = extra rewards :)

The restaurant food is superb. The spread is so generous. We had sick jemaah who couldn't come down to have their meals and the Rest managers were kind enough to allow us to bring food up to the room. The service staff in the restaurant was excellent in particular Waiter Saiful always serving with a smile and helping out as much as he can with clearing of plates. He is so polite.

The reception guys were also friendly and helpful. The housekeepers i didn get this particular guys name he offered to change my towels and clean my room the moment he saw me coming back. That's very proactive. He was cleaning my room at 717 on 1 jan in the day.

Nice place to stay if u r not fussy. 5 nights there & the bed was so comfy. Feel like Simmons. The food spread seems never ending. U can go & eat as much as u want as long u are the guest in Ruve Hotel. However, need to adapt with other guests from neighbouring country of Asean.

The rooms is okay with high tech for open-close curtain and control AC. Food is very goos, specially for Indonesian and Melayu people. Not so close to Masjid Nabawi, but you can walk less than 5 mins.

Excellent services and hotel. There is a good room service also. The receiptionist also very friendly.

Stayed here for five days while performing my umrah recently. The hotel is near to the masjid nabawi, only 5-7 minutes away. The room was spacious for two people, the room service/ housekeeping was attentive and would check with me everyday if I wanted fresh towels, water and or coffee/tea packets. The food was delicious. Although the main staple was meat, they also had some options for vegetarians, too. I enjoyed my nasi Arab and the meats (beef and mutton), the pastas and breads (with hummus and salad). Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't mind staying here again for my next umrah, in shaa Allah...

My wife and I stayed in this Hotel in October 2022. We both really liked it. Very close to Masjidun Nabawi. Very convenient for womens as it's close to Nisa Prayer section. The food were really nice, room was neat and clean.

Wonderful location, within minutes of Al-Haram.
Sadly the toilet shower flooring not allow water to flow and drain naturally.
This cause ponding especially at the toilet door area.
They should place a squeegee in the toilet to allow guests to push the water into the drainage

Stayed there on mid August. About 3-5 minutes walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. Foods were good, mix of Middle East, South East Asia and Western Culinary. The juice was great in taste. Neat and clean room. The lobby staff is very helpful. Thank you for helping my mom in wheelchair from hotel lobby to pedestrian.

i stayed here with my wife in 2017, it was the best hotel in this price range. clean and quite rooms, beautiful interior of hotel and the room. breakfast was delicious.
Will definitely stay here in my upcoming trip to madinah.

The room is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff Shahir is very friendly and provide good service. Cleaning team very helpful and always asking whether we need any assistance. However, hotel looks dated and need renovation and furniture replacement.

Stayed there for one night and had a great experience. Reception staff was quite welcoming Room was neat and good. Best part was location which was close to Females gate plenty of lifts. hardly 3-4 minutes walk.
