Rua Al Hijrah Hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect. The staff are helpful and very attentive. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which is continental. The only frustrating part was trying to set the temperature of the AC in the room... the thermostat would switch off and on. Other than that, the bathroom was spacious and the electronic operated shower was amazing! Perhaps my utmost favourite.

An excellent place to book your trip in Almadina. An amazing view to the Prophet’s mosque and a minimal walking distance! We enjoyed the view, the experience, the abundant breakfast buffet with variety of choices, and the friendly accommodating staff to all our needs. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a close up view to the Green Dome and the feeling of closeness to the Prophet peace be upon him!

A wonderful hotel but as far as housekeeping is concerned i dont understand why they do not change the sheets and towels daily while the rent is on daily bases.
I requested and because i was in room he asked twice if i want to change the bed sheets.
When i checked the bathroom they did not change the towels.
I dont think the owner who invested lot of money can afford bad reputation because we all read reviews before booking.
Is it management that do not train the team ? Or just employees neglegance?
By this petty savings they gonna lose the business.
Again Hotel is great breakfast was great location building all is good they need to pay attention on housekeeping.

The service was excellent. We were allowed late check-in and late check-out. It's expensive, but worth the money. Right across the Masjid Al Nabawi, we were able to pay all five players there, alhamdulillah. The food was not that great, and the selection was limited.

The hotel is nice, the environment is very beautiful. The people who cleaned the house were very good, but the cleaning service was not very sufficient, still thank you juyel & shalam supervisor manik & jabed good

We were here for 5 days and our stay at the hotel has been amazing. My wife and myself can’t fault the service. The two bell boys Sharif and Sagor both are just two amazing guys if we needed anything they were prompt to help they are credit to the hotel and the service provided was excellent. The hotel is right opposite to the prophets mosque just 2 mins walk. We are already planning to come again early next year with our kids and be definitely staying at this hotel.

We stayed at Rua Al Hijrah for 5 nights, and had a wonderful experience.
The hotel is very close to one of the door of Masjid Al Nabawi's mosque,but away from the main road which makes it a perfect, peaceful location .
Our room was comfortable, well equipped and super clean.
Staff are polite and always available to help.
Breakfast was enjoyable, with a large variety of dishes offered.Staff at breakfast room are attentive and amicable to guests.
We would surely come back to this hotel in the future inshaAllah.

The hotel was amazing. Food buffet for breakfast was well organized and the staff were extremely helpful when needed. Particularly staff named Babu and Salludin who always made sure that my room was serviced at the right time. The location is right in front on the masjid as well, so that was really convenient as well.

The hotel is nice and very close to Masjid al-Haram, the staff is very polite and helpful. 227 number
Stayed in the room, it was clean and the room cleaning service was even more amazing. We thank the staff, Hasan and Ferdous, for their dedication and service excellence.

Family friendly. Visited for Umrah from the states. Very short walking distance to Al-Nabawi. Great customer service, great breakfast included. Cafe restaurants and food as well as stores connected to building. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel is very good and room service is also good , I have stayed here for 8 days room service boy Hasan Fardaus and supervisor robiul they were always there to take care of me and my family

Location is so good, rooms were pretty well settled. Lobby is pretty cleaned. I must appreciate the two workers: Sagor and Yaseen Abdul. They were hardworking and well deserving of appreciation.

I had great stay at this hotel. The service staff was the greatest. I stayed in room 720 a while ago. They were tentive to all our needs. I would like to give a special thanks to Rahyan and Fayezullah for helping us in our tough time. I hope to come back here again.
