Odst Hotel Al - Madinah

This is an amazing hotel for its price. Especially of you have family/elders.

The walk to Masjid is less than 5 minutes to gate 138. Convenience stores, shops are in the same building. Has good parking space available outside. 12 lifts, so wait time was minimal.

The Bathrooms are newly renovated. Rooms were very clean and the Room Service was very Courteous.

We extended our trip last moment and they accommodated our request immediately.

It's very near to Haram. Clean . Nice room and bathroom. Room service is very good. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. ATM machine and money exchange not far. Easy access. I recommend to everybody

The ODST hotel is situated directly across from gate #328 of Masjid e Nabawi PBUH, positioned behind the Move & Pick hotel. It takes approximately 4 to 5 minutes to walk to gate #328. While the rooms are well-maintained, they can be somewhat congested. The washrooms have been renovated with new amenities, and the carpets are fresh. The room service is exceptional; however, there are only two check-in counters, leading to potentially long waits, especially during peak times. There have been instances of mismanaged bookings, overbooking of rooms, and, in some cases, a refusal to check-in due to room unavailability.

I visited in top season of December 2023, neat & clean rooms, many toiletries & towels are available, hot water available as well

The staff very helpful, offering help all the time, allowed us to check out after Zuhr prayer

This hotel have 1.5 minutes walking distance from Masjid-ul-Nabawi s.a.w.w . Its old hotel but ver near & maintain everything but inside the room is congested & carpet smelly. Carpet should be change. Everything is very good

This is a great budget option for Madinah travelers. The rooms are more basic and hallways are narrow, but the service is great and it’s very close to AlMasjid Alnabawi.

Pros:
- Literally the most ideal location I could have gotten, just 5 minutes walk away from Haram. Closest to gate number 328 (women’s section of the Masjid).
- Also bakalas, shawarma shops and pharmacy was nearby the area, right below the hotel.
- Exceptionally neat & tidy room.
- Bed was pretty cosy.
- Washroom was equipped with soap, towels, shaving kit and dental kits. Also the kettle provided in the room was functional.
- If in need of any assistance, room service was available every morning. Accommodating staff.
- Cash was accepted at check-in which was very helpful.

Con:
- Made us wait 2 hours during check-in because the double room we booked hadn’t been cleaned yet and not available for stay. Our agreed check-in time was 3 pm but we got the room somewhere around 5 pm.

Not bad but need to more improvements on Room quality and room service , location is very good.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the ODST Hotel in Madina, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and clean environment, with a few minor hiccups along the way.

The room I stayed in was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. It was clear that the hotel takes its housekeeping seriously, as I had no complaints about the room's cleanliness. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities readily available.

One of the standout aspects of my stay at the ODST Hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff displayed a high level of hospitality and professionalism. They were always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests, making my stay more enjoyable.

However, there was one issue that did mar my experience. The hotel's car parking situation in the basement is quite precarious, and I wish the hotel management had informed me of this beforehand. When I parked my car in the basement, I was shocked to find that it was located three floors down with no ventilation. The parking area had only one way for entry and exit, and the tight curves with a steep incline made it a nerve-wracking experience.

Navigating the parking area was a challenge, especially if you have a larger vehicle. It felt like a labyrinth with very limited space to maneuver. I would strongly recommend that the hotel management takes steps to improve the safety and convenience of their basement parking area. Providing advance notice about the parking situation would also be a considerate gesture for guests.

To add to my parking woes, when I was exiting the basement parking area, I inadvertently broke my car's tail light due to the tight curves and limited visibility. This was an unfortunate incident that further highlights the need for improvements in the parking facilities.

In conclusion, the ODST Hotel in Madina offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, the issue with the basement car parking does need attention. If you plan to stay at this hotel and arrive with a car, it's advisable to inquire about the parking situation in advance to avoid any surprises. Despite this setback and the unfortunate incident with my car's tail light, my overall experience at the ODST Hotel was positive, and I would consider staying there again in the future.

Awesome hotel, new room, spacial washroom, near to haram, and restaurants, best value for money considering high prices in nearby hotel..

This hotel is too good that I've stayed this hotel 3 times till now (Dec 2022). It is neither too close to haram nor too far. If you like Bangladeshi, Pakistani food then those restaurants are just too close to it.

Room service is also very good. Their dinning (M floor) is also too big. Toilets were found clean too. Lobby is also big.

Affordable close to Haram Sharif - Medina.
