It's one of the best hotels I have ever been, the location is premium 👌 the service is excellent, the friendly staff, the smile and the warm hospitality, the room size is amazing especially we had triple bed room with two bathrooms which was perfect choice.
The gust amenities in the room are very rich.
The food quality and the variety are super delicious 😋

Last day we were late for the train and the taxi to the hôtel he is named Moutafa went out of his way for us to catch our train and accompanied us to the platform, he is exceptional and very friendly, the best taxi we have encountered.

I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff are genuinely there to assist and help. Top notch standards. From the guys at the buffet that prepare off menu teas because I was unwell or special dishes for my kids. Jazakallahukhair. Keep it up. Still at the hotel - 6th day.

We spent a night at the Oberoi Madinah. My husband had a critical medical situation at 3.00 AM called the hotel for help , in no time the manager mr. Hussam showed up. With emergency team. They took amazing care of us. Provided a car to return from hospital, kept in touch with us to make sure my husband was ok. From the director , to guest relations , to Porter they all were amazing.Thank you sooo much mr. Hussam , and the Oberoi Madinah team.

Stayed at The Oberoi, Madina during Umrah trip with parents.Close proximity to mosque,had breakfast in reservation included which had multiple dishes and variety and was available till 10:30,helpful as we could availabilty even after taking nap after fajr or after ziyarat in am. House keeping was very polite and on time ,apart from daily cleaning you could see them in hallway and they would always ask if anything else is needed and immediately provided.We also ordered in room service few times and were pleased with quality of food and presentation. I would like to add special thanks to manage Ali Nafea who I communicated via email prior to our arrival and would had our room ready at 10:30 as our flight landed early and we were able to freshen up and offer Jummsh prayer in mosque due to his gesture and he also took charges off for breakfast for that day for us.The concierge service staff was very helpful especially for my father who needed wheelchair and helped him many times for ziyarat.Lastly they helped arranged for suv for us for our trip to Makkah and the driver was very humble respectful and pleasant.Despite being pricy our stay was very memorable and comfortable and it helped us focus on our ibaadat a lot with peace.I would recommend Oberoi to everyone for their stay despite it being pricy as compared to others hotels as it’s worth every penny .Thank you so much for an amazing experience.Jazakallah.

The kitchen Al Ansar in Oberoi is superbly fantastic… the food and menu’s differ daily and serving portion are more than enough for everyone.. the taste and chef are amazingly great with their culinary skills..
in particularly chef Ahmed, Chef Khalid and steward Shajahan.
The restaurant manager Mr Mohamad are very helpfully in catering to everyone needs…

The service is fantastic. You feel warm and welcoming whenever you met a staff.
The food is amazing. You can expect new dishes everyday. The dessert is just amazing. The staff made the event memorable. Especially Mr. Ahmed. My wife and I truly had a great experience here.

The location is excellent. Immediately next to haram. Rooms are spacious. Welcoming fruite platter, nuts, and drirled fruits were very nice & generous gestures. It has multiple resurtants with different cuisines and cafe. I tried the main restaurant, which is international . The food is buffet style which iclude wide varities of food which all yummy. Staff all are professional, friendly and promptly jump to open doors, call for the elevator, and get you coffee.

Wallahi, it’s one of the best hotels or even the best hotel I have ever been in my life, everything is perfect, Jazakallahu Khairan👍🏻✊🏻

I had the privilege of staying at the Oberoi Hotel in Madinah during the Hajj season, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail.

The hotel’s strategic location just behind Masjid Nabawi and close to the Muslimah’s entrance was a blessing. It made our daily visits to the holy mosque incredibly convenient. The sight of the illuminated mosque from the hotel at night is a memory I will cherish forever.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional food. The culinary offerings at the hotel were nothing short of extraordinary. The diverse menu catered to a range of tastes, and each dish was a delightful blend of flavors. The dining experience was elevated by the warm and attentive staff, who always went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.

Speaking of the staff, I must give special recognition to the restaurant manager, Mr. Mohamed Abd Monem. His dedication to making our dining experience memorable was truly commendable. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for guests left a lasting impression.
