Their function hall is perfect for special and luxury gatherings like iftar and so on, the hallway going in and reception sala decors are very beautiful, the "iftar buffet" prepared was perfect, the servers are nice and the foods are great, there are many options. It is slightly far from the city center but worth the travel. Thank you delta laboratory for the invitation. Alhamdullilah! ☝🌙🥀🫶

One of the oldest hotels in medina , and yet has it unique style and attractions to the people around it , im here actually to review their iftar buffet during ramadan , each ramadan i usually have to eat here at least once , the food here is delicious, and wonderful , the buffet has all what you desire to eat , the taste is just delicious makes you want to eat more , the place is clean and well organized, so if you want to eat iftar in Ramadan , try their Buffet ✨❤

2nd stay here. I have seen some improvements. Breakfast was amazing 5 stars. They are really aware of food safety. Staffs are well trained. Best service . Rooms are spacious though furnishing looks outdated but nevertheless the housekeeping is excellent. Always come back to a clean room. Not near masjid haram but they have prompt shuttle service. You can book uber or careem to other place of interests at a reasonable price. For those who want the hype and busy atmosphere of the haram this is not a place for you. Overall am happy with the stay.

Best hotel in town. Service is also excellent. Breakfast is super cool. Daily they serve different menu of delicious variety of continental and arabic food.

This hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS. The staff is extremely helpful and sweet. The shuttle runs so smoothly plenty of space for everyone, always on time. Drops you right under the family area for masjid nabwi.

The rooms are beautiful and boho. The service is impeccable too.

The only reason why location gets 4 stars is of course it's not walking distance. However , I loved this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a Good budget stay!

Very clean and spacious rooms. Good service and housekeeping.
Breakfast was good, but they do not provide fresh guices only canned one.
Number of tables in the breakfast restaurant is very limited and tables are not cleared quickly for the next guest to use the table.

Beautiful hotel situated in the Royal grounds, fantastic location with beautiful gardens and waterfalls the Staff are all very friendly and welcoming and all spk English and French, the rooms are very well situated with balcony and terraces with well equipped maintained rooms with very clean bthrms accessible for ppl with disabilities with a wheelchair ♿

I have stayed in this hotel during my vacation, very nice experience, friendly & nice staff at reception desk, restaurant team. Transport to Haram ( but I will suggest more times than before each prayer ). Thanks guys for your hospitality. I really recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience. I stayed from 27 Dec 22 till 2 Jan 2023. Staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out late at 2 pm instead of 12 pm. So this was a big plus. Every staff member I encountered were delightful and eager to help. They are very friendly, outgoing and polite. Rooms are quiet and spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. The service was exceptional as well. When ever I asked something like water or anything, they delivered within few mins. I initially booked for 2 days but extended it for another 4 days. Rates were reasonable. Excellent shuttle service.
Although every single staff members are exceptional but Ayyaz was extra ordinary and also irfan.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who are planning to visit madina.

Polite nice hotel team but the hotel is Old and I didn’t like the carpet smell the first visit. But the second visit was very pleasant and smells great because I asked for nonsmoking rooms.
