Madinah Marriott Hotel

The best experience here in Marriott the great service ever and very much accommodating staff specially mernlyn she's nicer staff.

We found great choice to stay this hotel in city center of holy land of Madinah Munawwarah this was loaded with all excellent services

The staff was very welcoming and supportive. Shuttle bus services were mostly on time. They operated between the hotel and the intersection of Gate No. 6 and No. 7 of the Grand Mosque. The room was neat and clean. The toilet was immaculate as well. Lots of towels and toiletries. Well stocked!
Airport transfers would have been a plus point. Other than that, an excellent stay!

It's beautiful place a little far from mosque but the room are spacious, overall good experience

Amazing experience. The rooms are spacious and feels royal. It is just a 3 minute walk to masjid ghumama. We stayed for a week, the staff is nice. We booked a haram view room and it was spectacular. They have a shuttle service too but it just takes you around the other street. Good nice place, go to the market behind the road and you will find good deals.

I stayed here during the final days of Ramadan and this was an amazing stay. The people, including Mohammed, are amazing individuals that always smiled at us, said hey, when we were in the restaurant or in the lobby and asked how our stay was going. He showed a genuine willingness to listen and a very nice individual.

The individuals working there such as the lobby men and the cleaners were kind hearted and always very helpful. They always smiled and helped me get additional towels, coffee whenever I needed it.

The food at the restaurant, although a little pricey was very good and offered a wide variety of offerings.

5 to 7 minute walk to masjid al Nabwi or shuttle service available that get you there in 1 to 2 minutes. The shuttle was always available when needed.

I highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is about a 5-10 walk from the Prophet Mosque but there is a shuttle service provided by the hotel. Breakfast was good aswell

A bit far from Haram like 10 minutes of walk but they offer shuttle service half way. But very good on pocket and decent living.

Women would not like it as its a bit far from Roza and Women areas.

Fast check in, Less than 10 mints walking distance from AL Harram, shuttle service also available. Reception staff very helpful and cooperative. Highly recommended.

Breakfast buffet was superb. Even better when I stayed for a few days during Ramadan. Easy access to the Masjid, about 5 10 mins walk.

We liked a lot. Rooms are wide and it has got very amazing Ottoman mosque and historical train staion in back of it.

Madinah known for its welcoming population for centuries. MADINAH MARRIOT is living up to the tradition. About 600 meters from Haram. MM has the nicest staff i ve ever met in the KSA. Welcoming and helpfull. Even the porter helped me find a ride to Makkah. Thank you Madinah Marriott. You guys are tge best and in my all future visits to Madinah your property will be the 1st choice.
