Many thanks to Mr. Ahmed Jari, the restaurant supervisor. He was very cheerful and well-mannered, his service was excellent, and his team was very cooperative, and this indicates the leader’s good behavior. The breakfast was very excellent and thanks to the department director for all his efforts to provide employees of this wonderful level

I thank Mr. Ahmed Jari for his cooperation and good manners. He was a very polite and courteous person with a wonderful smile and an excellent team. The breakfast and service were 5 stars. I hope to continue at this level.

The hotel buffets offers a diverse range of delicious foods, including a delightful array of desserts like cakes, yogurt, and Arab sweets. While the selection is impressive, adding ice cream would enhance the overall experience. Thursdays are especially enjoyable for seafood lovers, making it ideal to book your stay on this day. The friendly and always-smiling manager, Chedli, adds to the positive atmosphere, making the overall experience enjoyable.

The service is very good and the food tastes more than wonderful. I highly recommend it. Special thanks to the kitchen team led by Chef Karim and Chef Naji. They welcome the guest, help him and work to make him happy. Thank you to the food and beverage team

The service at this hotel is immaculate. Especially in the buffet during breakfast and dinner. One person in particular is Nasir Ali. He greeted my family every morning when we walking and made sure to always accommodate our needs especially for a group of 6. We will definitely be back for the great service the delicious buffet they have to offer here.

Great location. Very close to Masjid Nabawi. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with lots of options. Stayed for four nights. Shift manager Fareed Dhafar was especially helpful in resolving any issues

We arrived Sunday evening and checked in with no problems, however we had a slight issue with our room. Once we reported this it was very quickly resolved and additionally we were upgraded to a VIP suite and also given complementary snacks. Very good service and we would highly recommend you check it out. Also very close to Al Masjid Al Nabawi.

Great experience with family and the south entrance is very close by.
We had breakfast included which was a buffet and lots of options to choose from.

This hotel is so rubbish and expensive I can see the harm form the hotel the WiFi is nice and slow there is bad people definitely not5 star it is soooooooobad

The hotel is close to Masjid Al Nabwi. Its a 4 mins walk. The hotel offers extensive and tantalising breakfast. You get dunkin donuts at the ground floor.

Very good hotel excellent location. Very good customer service. Rooms are very clean. The buffet breakfast is excellent lots of variety. Highly recommended.

Perfect stays, great hospitality, great customer service (Helen) call centre base in Philippines for reservations.

I did write a review previously which I have deleted now.

First of all i was not expecting that the Front manager will read the previous review and will call me to sort thing out for me.
Mr Ahmed Asehri ( appologies if spelling is wrong) called me straight away and litreally within an hour or two after the call he sorted out the rooms. Gave me better rooms which are really good and value for money and room service is very good as well.

Rooms are very good Alhumdolillah. It really feels very comfortable.

Location is like 3 mins walk

Room service is soo much better.
