Room is clean, spacious and nice decor. Location is brilliant, can see the green dome from the breakfast room, and only takes few minutes walk to gate 310.
Staff are very professional, and helpful. Thank you to Rezaul at breakfast for being welcoming.

Nice, clean, comfortable. Convenient location. We had multiple breakfasts and lunch at the restaurant. The food was excellent. Very friendly staff - ready to go the extra mile.

We had a big group, in four rooms - few of the people in the group were elderly. The staff were very attentive to all our needs. Thank you, Taiba Madinah.

We came here from London during our umrah. Good hotel which I stayed for 4nights. Was fortunate to have the same room I had in 2019 when I came for hajj. The room wasn’t as great because of the noise from the AC from outside but what made the stay more memorable was the wonderful service we received. The room service at night was amazing and the team at breakfast did a fantastic job. Mohammed Reza and the guys were always accommodating to me and my family. Always offering help. Will definitely come here again because of this. Thank Taiba team for a wonderful experience.

I stayed at the Taiba Medinah Hotel for about 5 days with my family. We are from Germany.

I am very pleased with their accommodation and their customer service. They have got free and strong WiFi.

Specifically, the dining hall customer service is very good! The kitchen staff is very helpful and very considerate. They are always looking out whether every customer is feeling good and making sure that everyone is warm and comfortable and supplied with enough food.
The dining hall is also very very clean. The tables are always clean and never once have I seen them dirty.
The great dining hall service would not be possible without Mr. Mohammad Reza (restaurant captain) and his entire kitchen team.
Thanks to them every guest is greeted with a warm smile and fresh food. They make the hotel stay a very enjoyable experience!

My name is *Rasheda Islam*. Me and my family are from Germany and we stayed at Taiba Medinah for 5 days.

I am pleased with the hotel. We stayed in a 4-bed room and it was big.

I am especially happy with the food service in the dining/breakfast hall.
There is a lot of variety for everyone.
And the restaurant staff is very hospitable and hard working.
The tables are always neat and clean. I never had to sit at a dirty table.
All in all Mr. Mohammad Reza (Restaurant Captain) and his whole team are doing a great job!

Very weell orgonised the hotel is in perfect location 5 min to haram , rooms are big and ,restaurant is nice with multi choises available and the presence of employee always available well done!!

Great hotel situated in the heart of Madinah only footsteps away from Al Masjid an Nabawi.

I was travelling with Al Ansar tours and grateful they chose this hotel in Madinah for our stay. It was perfect especially having young children and the location of the masjid was situated literally in front of the hotel.

The team there are very helpful and having two young children - they made our stay comfortable. We initially had a room which was facing the city, Adnan had upgraded our room for free because we really wanted a view of Masjid Nabawi. We highly appreciated that gesture and he made our stay more nice as during the night the views were amazing. Thank you Adnan. 🙌🏽

Room service was very convenient, food was excellent and the kids really enjoyed the pizza. 🍕
Breakfast was good too, a variety of options available. My go too was the omelette and pancakes. A special thanks to Mohammed Reza and his team who provided exceptional customer service during breakfast service.

When coming to Madinah, definitely coming back to this hotel again insha’Allah. Only footsteps away from the Haram and comfortable rooms and a bonus if you have a view of the Masjid.

Hotel location is awesome just three minutes walk from South Gate of Masjid e Nabwi. Rooms and hotel is super clean. Check in was easy and staff is cooperative. Hotel has a car park in basement which charges AED 57 for one night. Room service is 24 hours. View of Haram from hotel room is mind blowing. We booked triple room and the overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommended.

We were on our umrah pilgrimage and next stop was a visit to Medina, this hotel is so near Nabi Mohammed SAW mosque. We love the room it was spacious and the housekeeping team did a good job. On the breakfast fares there were a lot of varieties and services rendered by Mohammad Reza the restaurant Captain was fantastic; thank you Reza😃. We would love to come and stay with them again on our next visit.

Taiba hotel is one of the best hotel to stay. We had a buffet breakfast that was really good. One of the staff - Mr. Rezaul really took care of us and was very hospitable. He is very caring and passionate about his work and provided us with excellent customer service. Food was delicious and over all our stay was perfect

We are pilgrims from Germany and we stayed at the Taiba Al Madinah for 5 days. It is very closely located to Masjidul Al Nawabi (~1 minute you are in the Mosque Area) .
Our room was good. There are four spacious beds and enough space to park 8 luggages. The AC works very well.

The kitchen is also very good. Especially the kitchen staff! I want to say thanks to Mr. Mohammad Reza - the restaurant captain and his entire team. They are always giving a warm reception of every guest coming to the dining hall.
They are always making sure there is enough food - warm and ready for everyone. There are many varieties.
The staff is always approachable and helpful. They have a lot of knowledge surrounding Medinah and localities.
I say, that the dining hall experience of every guest is highly dependent on the staff. And I am very happy to say that Mr. Mohammad Reza and his team are doing a great job and are very experienced!

Me and my family stayed at Taiba Madinah for couple of nights. The hotel is super clean, rooms are spacious, clean bathrooms. We loved everything about the rooms.
Very near to haram, however, a bit of a walk to ladies gate.
KFC, Bangladeshi and Pakistani restaurants, Tim Hortons are at walking distance.

Mr. Arshad provided top notch room service to my parents, his service was much appreciated.

Arrived early on the morning of booked date.. Staff very kind and accommodating. Understood our tiredness after travelling.. Allowed us into room ASAP. Really enjoyed our Stay here. Irshad and Ashraf went out of their way to make us feel at home. Will defnitly be coming back in Sha Allah ameen😊
