InterContinental Dar al Hijra Ic Madinah, an IHG Hotel

Very good location with very professional management and excellent service. I had an issue when checking in with one of the employees at the front desk, but it was quickly resolved by management.
We a group of 5 came during Ramadan, and the hotel has a great variety and delicious food at their buffet.
Will strongly recommend this place, and will definitely come back here.

This hotel is about 400m from the entrance to the Masjid. Rooms are currently being refurbished, so some rooms are more modern than others. The lifts are fast, although the stairs are recommended for busier times.

The service is excellent, they put enough staff in reception and the concierge is always willing to help. You are greeted with salam regularly.

The food here is also very good. The breakfast has high quality ingredients cooked by chefs who understand cuisine and flavour. There are great options for room service, we particularly enjoyed the kabsa and chow mein. Overall, an excellent experience.

Excellent service. The mosque was a short walk away and the staff and concierge were very helpful and accommodating. Especially Mr. Jashimuddin who was very helpful and responsive to our requests for room assistance through our stay. He went above and beyond and I am thankful for his excellent service.

I have stayed in many hotels... For the first time, I feel that it is my duty to thank the hotel publicly... Everything is more than wonderful... and I want to Thank reception team, the restaurant team, and the cleaning team... They are all the height of politeness and respect.

We were upgraded to a four bedroom luxury room 1310. We were there on the 8 February 2024 and stayed four nights. Biggest memory are the people who work there, all staff, including the waiters, managers, reception very polite and kind. Our room was very big! Loved Medina and loved our hotel!

Excellent services with vast range in breakfast. We highly recommend this property to the families who are looking for nearest stay at an affordable price.

Fantastic Service at the cafe by AbdulGhani, would definitely recommend visiting and be sure to check out their date smoothie!

This hotel was very nice. The staff is so welcoming and do a great job at making the guests' stay feel as pleasant as possible. The housekeeping, Abdul Tanvir and Jewel in particular, are always ready to give the guest whatever it is that they need and do it quickly. Would recommend this hotel to others! Only complain is that I wish they had a microwave so we can eat leftovers but other than that, a very placent pleasant stay.

They have the great staff here. Only down side was that the building is dated but its remodel is scheduled for in 2024. I will certainly visit again after the remodel, in sha Allah. I hope to meet the great staff in this hotel again. Wishing each and every staff the best of luck and lots of duas for them for their great hospitality.

Been staying here for five nights. So far so good. The staff here are very helpful and efficient. Always on hand when called. Excellent room service. It’s very easy to get comfortable. I would recommend this hotel because of the staff.

Everything was better than expected. It is indeed a 5-star hotel. The service is very excellent from all sections of the hotel, especially from the restaurant, Amal, Mr. Mahmoud, and also Abdel-Ghani. Their service and cooperation are amazing. They making the experience very wonderful. The food is clean, delicious, and the variety of varieties will always remain the best.

Mohammed Shaheen was the cleaner of our room, he was really friendly and paid attention to our needs… he cleaned the room top notch which is quite rare in Middle Eastern countries… he always enquired whether we want extra water coffee etc. very happy with the friendly staff and cleanliness of this hotel

Very strategically located near Masjid Nabawi, making it easier for us to walk to the mosque. The food and services is 5/5! Mohammad Arman and Mohammad Ali made us feel very welcomed when arriving at the hotel and they’re very helpful and making sure everything’s good for us :)

Very nice couple days at intercontinental Dar el Hijra Madina, nice hotel professionnel stuff, very close to the mosque, thank you younis for the tasty cappuccino, helpful door-mans , I will come back inchallah.

Amazing location, amenities, cleanliness and service! Younis at the cafe was so kind and provided very thoughtful service! Went out of his way to make sure I had a great lunch dining experience :)
