I had a great experience over all at this hotel. I especially loved the breakfast! The food was really good! They had an omelet station and so many different type of food. My server Fahad went above and beyond for me and family. He always had a smile on his face and helped us out so much!

Wonderful location and service. The hotel is in need of renovation however, they are already working on it. The food was great . Specifically Rheday and other staff like housekeeping staff are excellent and always so ready to help.
One comment is that I wish they would reduce deodorizing the hotel!

Glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Location is excellent. The masjid courtyard is literally right there as you walk out the hotel. Perfect if you’re traveling with family and don’t want to walk too much.

I stayed in room 704 and it was spacious and comfortable with a spectacular view of the masjid and courtyard.

Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, you can eat something different everyday if you like.

I was treated very kindly by every staff member I encountered. Special thanks to Mr. Nazim on the housekeeping team and Mr. Fahad on the dining team for their outstanding service, 10/10, very nice men.

The Best service and epic hospitality coupled with luxury and proximity to the Prophet (pbuh) mosque makes this hotel simply an amazing value. The entire staff has a smile on their face and you are greeted at every corner. House keeping staff address your every need from cleaning to amenities and room service. The manager Razan ensured our stay was comfortable and her team were very courteous. Ibrahim at the front desk checked us in swiftly. We stayed in room 1150 which is the two bedroom suite, perfect for families. The hotel is literally 10 steps from the entrance of the mosque courtyard. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. Building is a tad old but the people were extremely helpful and made up for it. Air conditioning was cold. Rooms are big. The bathroom needs renovation and old furniture inside the room needs to be replaced soon. Morning breakfast was a delight. Restaurant staff helped in everything and was humble. Overall I will recommend this hotel.

Dar Al-Iman is one of the best hotels in Madinah city with excellent food and service. Especially, during breakfasts, the service provided by Fahad was superb. He was very courteous and always asked if we needed anything. He will get us anything we asked for in no time.

Siful provided excellent room service and house keeping service. Breakfast was delicious and buffet had a lot of options. Exceptional and attentive service by our server Mr. Fahad. Tea was refilled without having to ask and kids got their coloring books and pencils as soon as they were seated. My daughter also requested chocolate croissants and she got a fresh order of flaky, delicious croissants. Muhammad Hamid also provided excellent service at breakfast with swiftly cleaning the table and asking for refills. Thank you for having us. And we enjoyed a lot. Highly recommend the hotel and the breakfast.

We had a stay in this hotel and it was an amazing experience. Room was clean with all necessities and we were very impressed by the services offered by Mr. Eshaque Mian, his hospitality and generosity was greatly appreciated.

This Hotel is amazing! Right next to the mosque, meaning i don’t have to walk far. The breakfast was beyond my expectations. They had absolutely everything you could imagine. The waiter’s were so nice and catered to all my needs, especially Fahd who helped me the whole time. If you were visiting madinah i would recommend this place to anybody!

It has only been a day since my stay has begun and I have already felt as if the staff here has made this hotel a beautiful home for all goers. The food in the restaurant is second to none and the location is ideal for any occasion, especially Umrah and Hajj. I would recommend this hotel to any and all friends and will definitely be returning to this location upon my return.

Our stay at Dar Al Iman InterContinental was extremely pleasant mainly due to the well mannered staff and the wide variety of services.
