The staff are amazing, the do their very best to make your stay as comfortable as you want it, there's a cafe and a restaurant inside which is great, the rooms are modern, clean, and fully equipped. It is also very close to the haram, I would strongly recommend.

Everything and everyone from the reception staff to the concierge to the kitchen staff as well as house keeping were super friendly and very helpful.

Always ensuring that the guests requirements are met with ease and speed. Location was a bit far but not too bad. Approximately 5 min walk to Haram. Real value for money and can easily rival many Frontline hotels.

Kudos Swiss International, you made us really feel at home.

Will definitely visit again on my next visit to Medina Munawwarah.

The restaurant Swiss international al Madina restaurant is very clean, with a very versatile menu, you will surly find something you love. The stuff are amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The chief makes amazing fresh breakfast per your liking.

The restaurant manager Rashid, is a very friendly, polite and professional. Makes sure that each section of the food are fully stocked. Works himself to make sure everything is Upto high standard.

I would highly recommend eating here and see amazing work ethic between the stuff at the restaurant.

Brilliant hotel, perfect service from staff and reception, close proximity to Masjid-al-Nabawi (2 minute walk to Salam gate).

Also, perfect service from Mr Mehdi at the hotel cafe. Definitely recommend the Lemondade Mint drink he makes!!

Masha Allah, could not have had a better experience from Swiss International. Rooms were beyond expectations and for a very reasonable price. Well kept and maintained. Rooms were spotless on arrival. The buffet may be included but check before you go in. But it is worth the price you pay. Great food selection. Location is also amazing as it’s walking distance from Masjid Nabawi and its courtyard. Overall, wonderful experience at swiss international, Taba Al Salam in Madinah!

Prime Location , Good Breakfast, Rooms are too Small , Staff are so friendly and very helpful reception, we stayed for one night and good for short stays , very Near to the Attraction

I really liked this hotel. The location was great, it was clean, and the interior design is beautiful. My only complaint is that the rooms were small, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I'd come again.

It's a very nice hotel with a perfect location. Very close to the mosque. The room was clean and big enough for 2. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean with all the needed facilities and accessories. We were really surprised by food served for breakfast and dinner. For a hotel of such level, food was really good and every day different dishes. In the looby small cafeteria available with fine coffee. The only problem we faced was the reception. They have a shortage of stuff, and people who work there barely can be called professional. The rest all was perfect.

Overall for a 3 star hotel its pretty good, location is very nice, close to women's prayer area. I read customer service was not the greatest but İntishaar and Ahmad were very helpful, even provided late checkout as my flight was at night. Overall had a good time and would stay there again. Only problem was when we checked in room wasn't ready but they provided refershments for us during the wait which wasn't too long.

This is a 3 star hotel but it provides a 5 star experience! We've been taken care of by the friendly kind staff who made sure our needs are met on a timely manner to the point that the guy in the reception ordered food for us using his cellphone app as we couldn't do it from our cellphone. The location is steps away from haram and the everyday delicious open buffet breakfast was amazing. I will definitely come back to stay here.
