The condition of the room was clean and tidy but due to the large number of visitors staying overnight, towels were not available when the room was opened. There is no free coffee and tea in the room (or there really isn't any), room window very dusty. there are no AC settings and no instructions for using equipment in the hotel room.
For breakfast, lunch and dinner there are 2 types, Indonesian cuisine or Indian cuisine. These 2 types of dishes are very delicious, accompanied by salad, fruit and drinks.

Great hotel near from masjid nabawi. The service, food, place quite good. I think the price not that pricey, but the escalator really test my patience

Fantastic hotel with amazing service! The manager could not be more helpful if he tried! Generous and gracious to a fault. The cleaning of this hotel is impeccable the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble, very close to masjid nabawi 3 mins walk max. Beds are very comfortable. The shower is amazing! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

In 3rd Lane from masjid e nabawi. Walkable distance to masjid e nabawi. Lift system need improvisation. Otherwise rest all amenities are good enough. Need to improve WiFi connectivity.

Stayed here for one night, the beat thing about the stay was the helpful staff. Especially Abu Umar, this guy was very helpful.

Alhamdulillah I have been stayed for 3 night. The service in this hotel was good and quick response. All of the employee was very kind to the guest. The food was delicious, they served menu based on where the guests were from.

Around 2014: I think this was the hotel my relatives were staying during the Hajj season.

It was fantastic; rooms were compact but clean, the buffet for breakfast was so good! Everyday something new and tasty. Location is marvelous.

My experience was excellent. Rooms, although congested, were neat and tidy, and so was the bathroom. Comfortable stay overall. Location is very good, around 250m from nearest gate. You'll find food an shops in the buildings nearby. Also there is a small market on the back side of hotel just across the road.

You will need some patience at the reception and at the elevators. The green dome is additional 250m from the gate.

This hotel is only 5 minutes by walking to Phophet Muhammad SAW mosque, Nabawi Mosque. Foods are served at the restaurant at M floors, i found foods had been served al all times and people can dine inn without any check from the reception.

Good experience, 5 min walk to haram through ladies gate. Room condition and size are fine. Fridge and electric cattle is present. Hotel corridor is clean, room cleanliness is average.
Wifi is good in corridor, but not in rooms

Outstanding hotel for group of guys at a very reasonable price. Amazing atmosphere and superb helping staff. Really recommend to group if people or families. Best part is, everything to visit in Abha is nearby.

Hotel for umrah an hajj visitor, a very high turnover at it's receptionist counter for check in or check out, located at 2nd ring from holy prophet mosque, this hotel is truly recommended place to stay when you visit Medina Al Munawwarah

Good hotel for the pilgrims, the location near to gate 25. Big lobby and plenty of elevators. Better service, good staffs service
