Location is great. few minutes to Masjid Nabawi main gate (22 if I remember correctly). Clean, tidy and well served even during Hajj time. Buffet menu was amazing and varied. Multiple spacious restaurants so the queues were never long

Cozy and friendly staff. But it does gets rushy in Ramadan. The only negative aspect is that they have only two lifts which get busy and sometimes in order to handle the high number of people the hotel management does not allow the lift to stof at upper floors instead on ground floor only. Great place for disabled as all the requirementa for disabled are fullfilled with accesses as well as rooms supportive to disabled persons.

My husband and I are staying here currently and love it. The hotel is very close to the haram. Breakfast and dinner buffet options are great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good daily cleaning services.

It's the my 2nd home they really take of you the staff is excellent and special Mr. Fuard he the Marketing Director of the hotel does a wounderful job keeping the internal customer and external customers delighted. He goes an extra mile to do anything he upgrade to suite room with lots of fresh juices fruits and special Arabic coffee an dates it's awesome. We srayed 5 nights very time we go out the room is always refilled and specially you can get Sri Lankan tea done. The food is very nice. We all enjoyed the stay very much. I wish you all the best. It's a great hotel to choose.

Beautiful hotel and very close to haram. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel food is lovely and has a wide range of cuisine. Rooms are lovely and spacious and comfortable.

Luxury rooms. Corridors need plants. Dinning halls are not wide. Best to stay in Madina.
