Le Bosphorus Waqf Al Safi Hotel

We stayed in this hotel as a family of 4 for Umrah. We were very pleased with its proximity to Rawdhah and the variety of Turkish dishes in its restaurant. Thank you for the extraordinary hospitality and service befitting the Medina. Inshallah, this hotel will be indispensable for our family in all our future visits to Rawdhah.

I stayed for 2 nights last Ramadhan. The staff gave me the Haram view room. The room is clean, the staff are friendly. Restaurants provide a variety of international food. There are many stores around the hotel, so it's easy to find your basic necessities such as food, mineral water, pharmacy, food stalls, etc. The distance from the masjid Nabawi gate is not near, yet not far (if you compare with other 5 star hotels nearby). However, just across the hotel lobby is the area where you can pray (some people make shaff in there. Sometimes, the officer would put the carpet on. However, there is no umbrella in that area). Recommended hotel. Will consider to book again for next umrah, insyaAllah.

The room is a bit small, but well provided. Bathroom is great, good size and all you need is available.
Service is great, people working are very polite, always with a smile in the face wanting to help. It is very close to the masjed, just a few minutes walk.

This hotel official rate is 3 stars but I will rate it 4 stars at least. The room was perfect almost 5 stars, the gave me complementary breakfast during my stay and it was very good. The location is not near and not far from the Prophet Mosque.

Lady in reception - Lulu, went above and beyond to help us with booking and ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Cleanliness and proximity to Haram are another reasons for 5-starred rating. Would definitely come back to this place again

In my opinion the best hotel in Medinah. The rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable. The staff was very friendly, spoke multiple languages. This hotel made my stay in Medinah feel great.

Great stay at this hotel during my first visit to Medina with Family. Front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating. I was upgraded to Haram view on my arrival which was really nice. It takes 5 to 10 mins to get to haram gate #322 from hotel.

Room size was spacious and toiletries and fresh towels were provided everyday. Cleaning staff was cooperative and room service was top notch.

Food places/shops are on the back side of the hotel and it needs 10 to 15 min walk. Buffet Breakfast was great and lots of variety to choose from.

Only thing I wish they have is microwave in room or in lobby, it was very difficult to warm up food.

The hotel was very clean. They provided all the necessities like soap, razor, shampoo, toothpaste & toothbrush, and hair dryer. The breakfast buffet was good and had lots of options. My favorite was the coffee machine with the latte macchiato. The staff was very nice. The two gentlemen in the front upgraded me to a room with the view of the masjid. And LuLu was amazing. She helped me a lot. She went out of her way to get us a taxi through ego app and answered all my questions about best shops around the area.

Everything about this hotel is great. Rooms r perfect,very comfortable beds, u even have coffe machine. The breakfast I must say was better then in Madinah. Location is next to the Harem, stuff r polite. All the best

We stayed here for 2 nights (booked 2 rooms) to visit and pray at the Haram. The rooms were neat and clean, spacious and the service over all was good. The staff at the reception, especially Ms. Lulu was helpful with smooth check in / check out. The location is great, especially for the ladies as the women’s gate is close by and only walkable distance. There are few eateries scattered around and lots of shops for dates, groceries and gift items.

The only thing i suggest is to get new chicken, they don't taste like one.

Prime location for women's entrances. Nice clean hotel with good amenities and breakfast selection. Definitely will come back and stay here!

So close to the masjan an nabawi. Rooms are beautiful. Bathrooms are luxury. Overall this hotel gives a luxury experience to people who are looking to sleep in a non filthy hotel. It is expensive but it is worth every penny.

Excellent hotel, wonderful and friendly staff ( especially ladies at the front desk ).
They were always happy to help. Just a short walk to the Harem and ladies' entrance gates.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for one night only and we had a very rich experience for the hospitality and service from the staff. Rooms had 10/10 cleaning, comfortable beds, very cool AC, and fast internet. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a lot of continental food varieties, juices, and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay in this Turkish styled hotel.

Good value for money, location is excellent despite bit of a walk if would like to pray inside the masjid or visit Rawdah.Rooms are clean and cozy, with one of the best views of Haram. Breakfast area is a bit tight and the menu can use some addition. But a great place for a short stay nevertheless. Parking is also good.
