Mouwasat Hospital | AL Madinah AL Munawwarah

We were tourists looking for a hospital asap for my son.

Paid 170 riyals for my son to be seen at the ER. Fast service and the doctor was very good.

The building looks so good too like a 5++ star hotel. I would highly recommend this!

It's very good Hospital, friendly kindness & calmly treating staff to the patients and the family.

I’m totally satisfied with the healthcare that I receive at Almouwasat in Madina. I’m a patient at the rheumatology clinic and I’m writing this review with one specific person in mind. Ms Rawan Alruwaithi at the Physiotherapy dept. She is a gem of a physiotherapist and her efforts and patience with me….& as I have observed, with all her
other patients…. are outstanding. May Allah Reward her for her sincerity and Keep her hands blessed with Shifaa.

The hospital is very beautiful and very very clean.
Too many staff to take care of the hospital and patients.

The hospital was good and clean! We have reached there at 3 am midnight in an emergency. They responded quickly and doctor was very friendly with our 2 yo old toddler. The staff and nurses were very cooperative. They treated our toddler well Alhamdulillah.

Visited on October 3rd, 2023 and we were extremely impressed and grateful for the services, doctors on duty and the reception staff for the help provided to us.
The attention to detail for the patient's health was amazing.
Language barrier was not an issue at all (as we don't speak Arabic).
This is a 5 star hospital and I definitely recommend it.

Aslamualikum my name is Maria and I am from London. My mother came from Pakistan and because of the weather changes and other issues she had fever and temperature. Because of this all she can’t eat anything for few days. And in end she had weakness and can’t walk alone. I take my mother to Musawat hospital Madina. When I reached there they welcomed me very well. And within 20 minutes they admitted my mother and start treatment. The staff was so nice and efficient. We couldn’t understand Arabic so they provide us interpreter also who helped us a lot. Dr Ahmad M NADA was such a humble man I met ever. So kind and helpful doctor. He helped us a lot and he didn’t take any money from us. Otherwise we need to pay charges which we wasn’t aware of that. But he said we wasn’t aware of charges so he done it all for free. Such a humble man May ALLAH bless him with alot. Ameen. Hospital was so clean and beautiful. Even I never saw that kind of good hospital in the Europe with best care facilities. I am really to see that kind of hospital in Islamic country. Very happy 😍 JAZAKALLAH

New building and great management.
The hospital is big and divided to many wards with such an organized system for the patients.
You can book appointment through the app and arrive at time and you'll be helped perfectly and you can see all the doctors with their files on the app.
The employees are professional and helpful and the building is clean.
The parking lot is big and have enough space for many cars which is awesome 👌🏻.
One of the best in Madina.

An excellent service but with insurance. Without insurance it's too much expensive.

A world-class hospital from all aspects, all specialties are available, and even the sub-specialties. the hospital is using a high tech equipment and artificial intelligence applications, consultants are amazing and my experience was outstanding
