افضل دكاترة وافضل معاملة ، يعطيهم العافية

Its was nice to visit here... My brother was kn umraj visa... He used to gi there for his wife... Staff and doctor was good and a www as free of cost... Check up and medicine

It is not where it specifies on the map. The building on the map is a court but the medical centre is actually just outside masjid nabawi before you get to the roundabout on the right.

Very Bad service provide to the pilgrims and visitors they don't care.

Big and long q, doc and nurse are not sufficient for the number of patients.

I have personally visited this place 3 times for a Medical Checkup. However, after a wait of an Hour not found any doctor in Dispensary. Staff is highly non cooperative. People sitting over there were crying with pain / fever and other medical complications but no one attended any patient. Govt of Saudia should review there Medical facilities as Million of Pilgrims are here and they need basic medical facility which is there basic right. In-visa Medical insurance cover is included but Pilgrims are not getting any medical cover in return. Moreover, i also request the Govt of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh to highlight the matter at the appropriate level for the better medical cover in future. These 3 countries may depute their own doctors for basic medical facilities to their pilgrims. Furthermore, there is a severe language barrier because Saudi staff at service centres and even deployed in hospitals cannot speak English. This should also be highlighted for the betterment of Pilgrims.

Free medical centres has no proper working

Unsatisfied & very poor service.
Doctor not check up any patient.very very bad service.only time waist.

They didn’t attend me because my visa was a tourist visa
