Mashallah excellent food and what can I say about staff and there service just too good from manager (alaa) to normal staff amazing will deffo recommend for families.

It was a very nice place friendly staff and very polite
Food was very nice not for everyone's taste but really nice 👌 😋
Also nit for everyone's budget

من أفضل المطاعم لتناول وجبة العشاء في المنطقة الشمالية و بالخصوص للعوائل اذا كنت تدور مكان مريح و أكل نظيف و لذيذ قد يعيبه التكلفة لكن مقارنة بباقي الخيارات المتاحة هوا الأفضل 👍🏼

Thursdays most likely is seafood day
The seafood in oyster sauce was really good
Good spread of salad
And in the last the desserts were really good
Especially the macrons — blueberry one
Even creme brûlée was really good

Went for Eid buffet lunch. The flavor of all the dishes were fantastic. However, the service from staff was very poor. Not once did anyone come around to clear our dishes or show any sort of hospitality. We had to clear our own dishes to make space! I made a request for something and although it was brought, I was never acknowledged with a single word nor even a reply of "your welcome" to my "thank you". And when it was time for them to pack away the lunch buffet, they did not even give us the common courtesy of letting us know. It's not as if they were even busy. In fact there were only 2 families there.

Also, the buffet and esthetics is not as grand as the Hyatt Regency in Makkah nor like 4 Seasons in Riyadh.

For the price paid, 300+ sar/person, and the fact that it's a 5-star hotel, I expected a lot better hospitality and service from the staff. Very disappointed with the staff service. Unfortunately it's not worth 5 stars. I hope they train their staff better and improve their service, because again the food was delicious, just the poor service brought the whole experience down.
