Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very convenient to enter gate # 329 or 330 sisters entrance to masjid. A 1 minute walk from hotel to gate 330. Rooms was very clean n had everything we needed. Everyone was extremely helpful. Lots of Food n shopping is right outside of the hotel along with money exchange places, coffee, taxi etc.

We stayed in the Al-Aqeeq hotel during Ramadan. The location of the hotel is fantastic since it’s so close to both the men and women’s side of the masjid. Took us only a few minutes of walking to get to the masjid.

The hotel has many different sets of elevators all of which are quite fast.

Our room was kept extremely clean. Special thank you to Bilal and Ismail who went above and beyond with their service. They kept our rooms so clean, gave us ample supplies and helped us with whatever we needed.

Really can’t recommend this hotel enough and inshallah we will stay here again in the future.

I will def rate the hotel as 5 star. Ideal for ladies gate to Haram, close to all supermarkets, small shops .
Service is superb from the start . Potter was so welcoming that I must need to mention his name Abdulmomin Chowdry. I had 3 kids and 6 suitcases. He helped me out and looked after all suitcases until I checked in , he also helped me in checking out. It is def a clean hotel and buffet has a wide range of food in breakfast

The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s very near for the ladies entrance (3 minutes walk). There is also Bin Dawood Supermarket (1 minute walk) just across the hotel.

The breakfast is good and have a decent range of varieties.

One thing that stood out was, hotel staff. It was one of the best, making sure that the customers have a decent stay and they were quick to attend the issues. Another thing, there was a personal letter signed by the hotel manager, which was a nice touch.

Would definitely recommend and stay here again. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great location close to the haram. The rooms are neat and tidy and have all the conveniences one would expect from a 5-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is great. We loved our stay.
We stayed on the 14th floor and the housekeeping staff Belal and Ismail took great care of us and tended to all our needs. Definitely want to give them a thumbs up for their exceptional hospitality. Thank you folks.

The location is perfect. You're minutes away from the masjid and in between both the men and women's side which was great. The Service was also really great. Saraa helped us and she was so kind. Our family has booked two rooms as we're A bigger family and she upgraded us to a suite so that we can be close to each other. On top of that, she checked up on us to make sure everything is good and when we were having some issues, the staff came and helped right away. This place is definitely worth the stay.

I stayed 5 days in Al Aqeeq Madinah. With all honesty hotel is located at a very good place, buffet was amazing . Our house keeping guy Mohammad Bilal from Bangladesh is very kind and looking after person. He always was on his toe to serve us. Inshallah I will def be staying in this hotel again. Qahwa , dates and other bits are all complimentary. I will def rate 5 stars but please don’t expect this is a holiday resort like in Europe or USA

The hotel is near Masjed Al Naboie, and the reception staff was so welcoming and helpful during check-in, and I would like to share a special thanks to the housekeeping member (Zakir &Mominul) .they are friendly and doing their job and task with a professional manner and with care.

Very nice hotel in Madinah close to Masjid Al Nabawi. It’s just steps away from the ladies entrance. Even for men it’s very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Breakfast is very nice. Staff are always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was very near & with in 2 minutes you can reach the Haram
Staff was very good & polite specially Zakir & Muminul.

Nice pretty hotel, with fresh pretty flowers every while, even perfume refusers distributed all over corridors. Generally hotel was awesome

One of the best hotels in madinah so far. Close to the Haram. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were kind, and services were fast. Breakfast was mid. Overall 5/5 experience.

spacious luxorious rooms...comfy beds..nice lounge for all day hot drinks and pastry if u include breakfast
didnot like delay in room handling in high season...slow wifi..2 main elevators only!!

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff (all the sisters at the front desk were all helpful and courteous. I forgot their names...but Shahad was a professional and she followed up with a call after our business trip...excellent customer service. Mr. Ziyad was a gentleman. The room was excellent we were upgraded to the ZamZam Suite...very nice and spacious. The hallways were very spacious as well. The breakfast was good! I'll be back next month...with Maqam Umrah (excellent Umrah company). 👌

Ps. Also the distance to Masjid An-Nabawi is about 2min from hotel doors to the masjid gate...Alhamdulilah!

Very good hotel, but they need to hire more receptionists to avoid que in the hotel

Took 30 sec to get to the mosque, they supplied anything you needed and replenished rooms daily. Everything nearby, but service was so good I felt like I was at home, breakfast must be purchased EVERYTHING was up to standard and the manager working everyda Syed Altaf, was kind, considerate, and took good care of everyone.

My stay at the hotel was for four nights. It was one of the most beautiful stays I have had in Medina over all the years. A hotel that makes you feel luxurious and distinguished. In addition to that, the proximity to the Haram and the wonderful view, it just 2 minutes far from Masjad E Nabwai. as well as the elegant treatment of the staff from welcoming you to saying goodbye. I thank the Supervisor , Masood and room Boys Monir and Habib for their excellence. Their professional treatment and concern for visitor satisfaction. Highly recommended to stay there. I will definitely come back again to stay in same hotel InshaAllah. Thank you!
