New Madinah Hotel

Excellent service, breakfast option was literally unlimited and very delicious, food from hotel restaurant was very nice too with excellent presentation and the location was a 2 minute walk from the main mosque. Will definitely return again in the near future.

Nice hotel close to Haram in Madinah.
Stayed 2 nights with my parents.
Rooms are bit outdated, but spacious.
Service is good. Fast check in and out.
Breakfast is good too, my parents liked it.
Especially Hammad in restarant reception was helpful.

Overall my family and I had a great experience at the New Madinah Hotel! It was a very convenient and easy walk to the Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and there were plenty of options to shop near by as well.

The building overall was very nice. It had a nice entrance area that is a little confusing at first but once you get up the escalator to the lobby area it makes sense. The lobby was nice as well and it was linked to a shopping mall, that had everything we needed, a cafe, and a prayer area. There were plenty of decently sized elevators so it was rare to have to wait to get up to your room. Our room was on the 10th floor and it was a good size and had everything we needed in there. It was not a luxury room or anything but everything worked and the bed was comfortable.

Where the New Medinah Hotel really shined was with their morning breakfast buffet. The spread was incredible. The food that was freshly cooked every morning and the array of fresh fruits had our mouths watering. The team would rotate the foods and kept it fresh every morning. The morning buffet also included an option for freshly made omelets. The individual creating the Omelets name was Taukeer and he was super friendly and would pay a lot of attention to detail with our requests. We would close out our meals every morning with a fresh cup of chai made by Barkat and it was some of the best chai I ever had. Barkat would also routinely check on us and provided excellent service throughout our entire stay. The morning buffet manager, Hamad, did an excellent job as well. He went out of his way to ensure that my parents and pregnant wife had everything that they needed and was very genuine.

Leaving this at 5 starts so you see it. This hotel was mediocre at best. Should be called the old Medina hotel. From the look of the building it’s obv they rebranded. Using the word new to drag people in. Furniture was super old. The hallways were plastered with oud smell, enough to give anyone a headache. No athan/ salah speakers in the room, idk if that’s common in all hotels but if we are paying a lot for a 5 star hotel, I’d like that. The shower door only went half way closed, meaning no matter how much u tried to not spill, the water leaked everywhere. Makes no sense in the design. There’s nothing obviously wrong with the hotel, but if you are expecting 5 star hotel room, this isn’t it. 4 star at best. The lobby is gorgeous but quality lacks in the room. The light switch that turns everything off, also turned off the outlets. Meaning I couldn’t charge my phone at night. Makes no sense. Some lights couldn’t even be turned off individually so u had to use the main light switch. Again turning off the outlets. Since it is on the other side of the masjid, there’s very limited food options around the hotel, so be aware. I ate cup noodles to satisfy my hunger. Again that’s personal issues, if ur down to walk 20 minutes just for a meal, definitely do it. My biggest gripe is that the hotel is incredibly misleading. Putting “new” in the hotel name is basically a scam. So be aware of that. The staff was good though, had no issue with them.

New Madinah Hotel has excellent customer service. They take care of their guests really well and treat them with utmost respect. They attend to the small needs such as early check in, room cleaning whenever requested, etc. I am really impressed with my dealings with the general manager of the hotel, reception staff, Mr. Magdy (guest relations), Nazir Hossain and Shams (cleaning staff). I am pleased to say that their courtesy and service is exceptional. Hotel is also conveniently located at 5 minutes walk to gate 365 of Masjid Al-Nabawi.

The service was amazing from the housekeeping to the breakfast Buffett I have no complaints. I’d like to thank two employees especially from the breakfast Buffett, Barakat and Abdul Kamal for their friendly smiles and hospitality, keep up the good job guys !!! Proud of you.

A fine hotel in AlMadinah AlMunawara very close to the Masjid Nabawi within walking distance.

Rooms are very spacious and quite maintained as furniture is still new. Staff are very friendly. They also have ample underground parking spanning over two floors.

The hotel has 4 restaurants on-site offering International, Persian/Iranian, Moroccan, and Arab cuisine. The hotel also has a coffee shop. The hotel is connected to a shopping center.

Excellent hotel to stay if you're visiting Masjid e Nabawi. It's literally less than 1 Min walk. Hotel rooms are nice and staff is friendly. Service is excellent. Good internet and bedding. 10/10 from me. My whole family loved it. I'll definitely stay here everytime I visit Madinah.

Had a lovely 3 night stay with wife. Around 5 - 7 min walk to the masjid nabawi. Customer service was excellent. They made an effort to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Resolved any issues we had immediately. Breakfast was amazing.

Would happily go again.

Great clean hotel, very spacious, great friendly staff, great access to Masjid. Kamrul was responsible for cleaning our room and did an amazing job. Highly recommended

Exceptional service and assistance by Mehdy! He was incredibly kind and made settling into the room a breeze. The room service was very responsive, and the reception staff were welcoming. The spacious room and clean bathrooms were a plus. Plus, the location is perfect, close to the market, restaurants, Masjid al-Nabawi, and Bilal Masjid. Highly recommended

A Big thank you to house keeping (Abdul Raheem & Magdy) they've been genuinely dedicated towards the cleanliness of our rooms nonstop. And another big thanks to receptionist Muhammad alame, great guy very welcoming, a person with excellent people skills. I stayed with my wife and two young children. My experience was absolutely fantastic. Inshallah will stay again. There was a small problem and I found the management very sincere and quick about resolving the issue.

I stayed in room 402 and I was really impressed. Abdul Raheem and Magdy went above and beyond to make sure our room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist Muhammed Alame greeted us with a smile made sure our rooms were to a very good standard and when my wife hurt her leg and couldn't walk he arranged a wheel chair for me to make sure she can go to masjid nabi and not miss out on the rawdah. Muhammed Alame, Abdul Raheem and Magdy in there own individual ways made the trip very pleasant. I will be coming back again inshallah.
