Mala radnja sa sjajnom ponudom cigara i opreme u samom centru grada. Uvek nađem nešto novo da probam.

Perfect example of what business’ should not do: I’ve been coming here for 4 years now, have sent countless friends here and on my last visit I bought 200€ worth of cigars, I informed the lady that the lighter I bought one month ago broke, now it wasn’t an expensive lighter 15€, I asked if they could please replace it and the answer was: “oh it’s Chinese we don’t do exchanges”
You see I just spent 200€ and thousands over the last few years and you gonna loose a customer over a 15€ lighter? Absolutely insane. Loosing a customer over such a trivial thing is arsenide.
It’s an expensive lesson in business I suppose. Too bad used to like coming here.
