Wonderful store. We visited the store in the center of Belgrade as we were looking for a hi-fi class music system. Manager Leonard (I apologize if I got the name wrong) demonstrated various speakers and amplifiers for us for two hours, connecting them in different configurations as per our request. He explained everything very professionally in English. In the end, we purchased speakers and stands. The store has a great selection of Focal equipment. Excellent store, highly recommend!

Very professional and straightforward. Unfortunately, but understandably, you cannot touch the equipment making the browsing experience a little limited. However, I was helped with assessing my item prior to purchasing. I would advise determining the item you want on their website prior to visiting the store.

I was choosing a synthesizer for a child, we chose the Casio LK-S250 model. The sellers politely advised and demonstrated the capabilities of the device and now we have been learning to play our favorite tunes. Complete delight.
