Since you're accusing me of abusing a store for not having change and wanting a smaller amount of money I will go into details and leave you 1 star instead of 3. I came up front with 1000rsd and wanted to buy a bottle of water that cost 70rsd since even in the late hours during the summer it can be very hot. Unfortunately, the exchange office across the street is not working in late hours, as you know as well. Luckily, the person that came after me wanted to buy cigarettes, and he was kind enough and bought me a bottle of water free of charge. You can be ignorant as much as you want, but I have no interest in leaving a bad comment or a review if I felt it didn't deserve one. Best regards.
