My cat fell down from a balcony and broke his spine. I understood that euthanasia is required but it was the hardest decision in my life. The doctors behaved professionally as the best psychologies. They tried to do everything they could and when it became obvious that nothing could be done, they were so gentle explaining that for me!
I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

We love the vets there - they are calm,
have nice way with the dogs, and they are knowledgeable. Ever time we get impressed with how they approach our dog and the problem, even when we have come with some chronic one (which they immediately pinpointed).
We get follow up calls etc. when is needed. They also pass on the information to each other in cases where that’s relevant (if two doctors need to see a dog eg.), which we appreciate. We also always get as much time as we need to ask all questions we might have.
So far they have been well organised with the appointments they book too, so the whole place has the calm energy; one cannot sense rush or tension even when there are busy. Recommending them for all aspects of their work so far.
