you can hire a bike here and get straight on the bike path along the river. you need photo ID to hire to leave with them. I used my license which was fine. it’s 200 for an hour or 500 for the day and you pay at the end. they have bike locks too for next extra cost.

The best place to rent-a-bike in Belgrade. The only downside is that you can't rent in one of their locations and return it at another.
