Za razliku od ostalih agencija koje su naprosto konstatovale da su traženi stanovi zauzeti, BeoApartman osoblje je proverilo ko je i na koliko dana rezervisao stanove te pronašao način da svi budu zadovoljni te nam obezbedio jednu od varijanti. Videvši da se sve odigravalo samo nekoliko dana pred naš dolazak *veoma* smo zadovoljni rezultatom :)

Dodatno, komunikacija preko emaila brza i uljudna, stan tačno kao na slikama... svakako preporučujemo ovu agenciju, koristićemo je i ubuduće.

Unlike other companies which simply ascertained that the apartments we looked for were already booked, BeoApartment personnel actually tried to better see which dates were occupied and by how many people etc. Final result: we got the apartment we needed. Seeing how this took place just a few days prior to our arrival, we are *very* happy with this result.

Additionally, email communication was quick and courteous, appartment was exactly as advertised... we definitely recommend this agency and will use it in the future.

Very nice accomodation, clean, comfortable and spacy. The host was great, they have garage space with elevator so it's 100% safe for your car and is 10 min walk to the center of Belgrade. Perfect for short stay.

From the first mail up to the handover of the flat, everything worked surprisingly fine. The people I talked to were pleasant and didn't even get angry, when we (3 persons) arrived a few hours late because of some delay of our flight. We came to Belgrade for the Davis Cup Final in December 2013. The flat was phenomenal, furnished pretty and very clean. It was exactly what it seemed to be on the pictures. We had a TV with some good channels, also foreign ones. The dishes in the kitchen were a little bit poor, but ok for us, cause we ate in the city. Prices were adequate or even cheap for 3 persons. Altogether there was nothing one could criticize. Really recommend it!

Highly professional in all their dealings with us. We stayed in a large (older) apartment in an absolutely superb location. There were a few minor issues (due to the age of the place) but the owner was easily reachable and resolved them quickly. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.

Great, modern furnished apartment with an awesome view and terrace. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to Kalemegdan and Skadarlija. Next time I visit Belgrade, I'll book it again for sure.

Everything was perfect. Very kind and correct people, the conditions were exactly as i have seen on their site.

I'm very glad of Beoapartment help. Last year we booked an apartment in Belgrade and we met all the support needed. We had there phone numbers, they helped us find the apartment when we arrived in the city. They arranged a guy to wait for us there, to show us the apartment, to ask us if we'd need anything. He gave us a city map and explained us how to go through the sightseeing.
If I happen to visit Belgrade again, I'd definitely use their services again.

Correspondence during booking was on high level. Everything what is agreed is respected. I have used one of apartments in Savada area (New Belgrade) and apartment was same as on pictures on site so we knew what to expect. Definitely for recommendation.

I stayed 4 nights in Duga apartment in July'13 and I can say that it was amazing. First of all, the flat itself was even better than in pictures: very clean, with all necessary equipment, very cozy, commodious and bright - I wish I could live there forever. The neighborhood had rich infrastructure as described on the website.
A very friendly staff Miloš met me on the arrival date to show me everything and was happy to help with any issue. He also took my luggage to the flat (4th florr if I'm not mistaken) as there was no elevator in the house.
The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is to make it possible to get your guests registered in the police office. As I'm not a Serbian citizen, I had to be registered, unfortunately this feature was not provided (flat owner was out of town).
Anyway, I think next time I'm in Belgrade I would book the same apartment as I really felt there like home.

I spent several days in one of their apartments (Stela). It was clean and nicely furnished, with good double bed and everything we needed for cooking. Good wifi. The contact person was helpful and did not get in the way. I will definitely recommend them to friends and business partners.
