Very good and recommended hotel.
Advantages:
Great location
Great service
Rooms are clean and comfortable in every way

Disadvantages:
Too basic breakfast to my taste - but not sure since I am not regular to this type of food (important, since others seems very happy).
The hotel is located above a very busy resterant, so it is a bit noisy and I guess more on the weekends. Still it wasn't that bad.

Overall, we are family of 5 and we were very happy with the hotel

I was worried that it would be noise for our room (#2) because it's RIGHT next tor exception and has the restaurant tables behind it and in front and the entrance right by the reception hotel. But, the windows are all double layer and besides a low level of noise from our room door it was very quiet. It's a central location in a beautiful neighborhood but that does make parking difficult. We had to find our own parking however, I don't know if this is normal. The room is nice and beds comfortable. The bathroom is updated. The restaurant makes delicious food (desserts and drinks mostly but dinner food too I think) and it's location right there makes it very easy for a relaxed night. I would come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel as 3 tourists visiting Belgrade from the UK. The receptions were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had transport booked for our trip to Tara. It’s also in an excellent location, breakfast had a great selection, and our room was lovely and clean.

Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the main square, these are modern updated one and two bedroom apartments. They have a restaurant down stairs, bar, spa, massage, rooms are very clean, modern and beds are comfy. Free breakfast! Staff was very friendly. Parking garage is one block away, we reserved a spot while booking the room. The kids and wife loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Thus hotel is smack bang in the middle of the city centre. You can walk to anywhere you might want in a few minutes. The apartments are done to an incredible standard, every fitting and fixture is high quality. The real winner for this place and please management take not is the staff, the are helpful, friendly and make this place what it is. I have no hesitation in saying book this place and enjoy. One caution there are some bars nearby that can stay open late and are on the noisy side so if your a light sleeper you may have trouble. The place is well insulated and in my opinion you will only hear a light din no worse than any other city centre hotel in Beograd

Great food, ready very fast whether for breakfast or for dinner. The staff was all very friendly. Live music even sometimes on the weekends, and the interior of the restaurant was gorgeous. Even if you aren't a guest at the hotel (they give you free breakfast cards and 10% off other meals) the prices are all very good! I would recommend going!

Beautiful small hotel, lively place with good restaurant, good location. To approach the hotel with the car and park the car is nightmare, then the whole area is lake that, nothing to do with hotel.
