It was a very pleasant experience, except for coffee machines which seem to be not properly working

The girls that were at reception yesterday are very kind and helpful. The food is amazing.

All thou it was just a business meeting at the Hotel's restaurant it was obvious that the hotel has undergo a lot of improvements and the upgrade since the last time I was here. The Ambiance is updated and the safety of the guest is being implement in a unassuming and rather relaxed but sufficient way.

Very nice and friendly hotel for several days living in Belgrade. A big plus for its nice restaurant.

Fantastic place for meal and drink. Perfect sweets, lot of meals from italian through domestic cousins. Everything is preparing on place and fresh. I like to sit on terrace or in the garden and sometimes i spend a lot of hours. Perfect place for business meetings or very important meetings.

The building and the rooms are somewhat old, but everything was very clean and the services provided are adapted to the needs of today.

We like the restaurant. Good place for families. Good food, great pancakes and ice cream, coffee is ok. Pleasant staff. Playground is over the fence. You can enjoying there and watch your kids playing.

We stayed here for 15 days and its really good place to stay. Next door is the supermarket , close to mall , bus stop is very near. Being an Indian had to eat some Indian food and that is just 15 mins walk to Diwali Palace restaurant. Hotel's restaurant is also awesome good quantity and quality of food. Front staff was so helpful as well, house keeping staff was superb as well. And yeah I heard people complaining about wifi, look people its not your home's wifi. Hotel is going pretty much full nowadays and how can everyone expect that it won't get slow with heaps of users.
At last I just want to say thank you for all staff for having us and looking after us.

The hotel has been renewed recently. If you want to stay in Belgrade, you can find room for a reasonable price. Besides, this place is great to organize a meeting or a conference for a smaller group of people, 50 or less. It will offer you video beam, a laptop and charge them per hour. Great choice for presentation.

Very good hotel, around 16 floors with rooms, restaurant (very good food, menu with a lot of choices, in the evenings there's live music) and cafeteria, 4 elevators, rooms are cozy with toilet & shower, people that are working there are very dedicated and can help in a lot of tough situations so I recommend this HOTEL with all my heart.

Really great coffee, nice open space garden. Nice service. A little bit more expensive coffe but it worths every penny. Pet friendly.

Excellent food, wonderful band play...

Nice place, a lot of trees around. Service is nice, prices are a little bit higher than in regular Cafes. They also have a breakfast and lunch menu! To conclude, nice place, do not hesitate to visit.

Hotel restaurant is one of the best in the city, really good price to quality ratio. Every meal in restaurant is awesome, especially Lava cevapi. You need to visit it, every recommendation!

BG special breakfast was perfect. They even did us a favor and served us breakfast after 12. Very good food. Very good service! Will come again!

Really nice stay. Good bar on the ground level. Breakfast is served on 19th floor and it's perfect. Good quality food and best views.

An 18 storied hotel with clean rooms, nice breakfact and very friendly reception !
A bit far from the center, but dont worry get the bus 31 and 9 for the center and 17 for Novi Beograd !
If you're looking for a cheap hotel, it's your best option !
