Vila Maša Zlatibor

One of the best stays during our road trip in Serbia! From the beginning till the end all was great. We enjoyed our stay so much.
The apartment is so luxurious and clean! All the appliances, furniture, etc were there including washing machine. Wifi was strong and even Netflix was available.
Breakfast was served at the restaurant downstairs.
The location was so good we could easily walk around. The view was great too.
There is no reception but you just need to go the Vila Masa restaurant and ask for support and they help you with checking in.
I totally recommend it!

The spacious apartment is extremely beautiful! Has EVERYTHING you need. Very clean, super central location, convenient parking.
Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
The only disappointing thing is the check in and check out process that took way too much time..

Super apartment, clean, modern and spacious.
Good WiFi, free parking, good breakfast at the ground floor terrace.
Warning for other users: Google Maps was not pointing the correct road. I had to manually navigate to the parking which was not easy after 10 hours of driving.

Apartments are spacious, well-furnished, clean, and pleasant. The building is located in the middle of a tourist area with various restaurants, cafes, hotels, small shops, and other places within walking distance. Breakfasts are pretty tasty, and the general food quality in the restaurant is commendable. The Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, available for free. Guests can potentially access nearby paid parking for free with some negotiation in Serbian.

It may get tricky to find this place if you travel by car. It's even trickier to order food delivery via apps like Glovo or Wolt because they can't get the address right.

Some minor details can be handled better:
* The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, but no salt, sugar, pepper, and dishwasher detergent (and that's a problem because they are sold in big packs, so buying these yourself doesn't make sense).
* No tea. No free drinking water (there is water in the mini-bar, but it's expensive water in glass bottles). We arrived late in the evening and found it challenging to buy water and tea due to the absence of 24-hour stores nearby.
* There are bathrobes for adult guests but no slippers. I usually expect four-star places to have those.
* The breakfast menu consists of several types of omelets, but other kinds of food are underrepresented.

Not a problem, but you may want to know it in advance. The staff is nice and helpful but mostly speaks only Serbian. If it might be a problem for you - consider using a translator app or bring a friend who speaks the language.

Overall, a nice place for a weekend in the middle of Zlatibor.

The place is suitable for spending a weekend or a honeymoon. There are many shops selling corn, snacks, souvenirs, and more than that along the lake. It is really worth a visit.

Cozy apartments, nice restaurant. Unusual good breakfast. There are a lot of places at the apartments, modern, fully equipped.

Recommend this place and restaurant!!! 5 stars deserved! Staff very friendly! Food great, clean and great atmosphere all in all.

Ako želite da uživate, pravo mesto za vas. Sve je savršeno. Treba otići i doživeti. Apartmani su potpuno opremljeni, čisti a usluga fenomenalna. Pogled sa terase na jezero. Uključen doručak uz noćenje. Lift, za nas koji ne treniraju. Apartman predivno sređen, sa okom za detalje. Uživali smo u svakom momentu.

Dobra lokacija, čisti uredni i dobro opremljeni apartmani, odličan doručak, ljubazno osoblje. Hotel za svaku preporuku

Preporucujem, onako kako piše i kako je na fotografijama uživo je bilo još bolje!

Istakao bi posebno ljubaznost svog osoblja sa kojim smo imali dodira, pored objekta mozda najbitnija stavka ljudstvo, u ovom slučaju na visini zadatka

Много добър хотел и ресторант, безплатен паркинг, на топ място в курорта , отлично обслужване, прекрасно отношение на персонала. Препоръчвам го на всеки който иска да го посети.Аз лично ще се възползвам при първа възможност. Посещавал съм и други хотели в Златибор,но вече това е предпочитания от мен хотел.Продължавайте все така.

Nalazimo se u apartmanu broj 3, apartman je komforan, luksuzan i moderan. Doručak je dobar, osoblje ljubazno! Preporučujem svakome.

* Super doručak (mada posle par dana dosadi jedno te isto, malo vise izbora bi trebalo imati u vidu, na primer, pahuljice sa mlekom/jogurtom, krosoni, pita itd)..

* Apartman bio čist I uredan samo jastuke udobnije ostalo sve super..

Familija Čulić..

Apartmani su cisti, prostrani, lepo i funkcionalno uredjeni i opremljeni svime sto moze da vam zatreba za kraci ili duzi boravak. Gosti imaju svoj parking i lako je prici sa samog ulaza na Zlatibor (izuzevsi trenutne radove na putu). Restoran je takodje lepo uredjen sa zanimljivom i ukusnom hranom. Osoblje je jako ljubazno.

Apartmani su prelepo uređeni i locirani u samom centru.
Jutro s pogledom na jezero i šum vode je definitvno razlog više zašto ćemo se opet vratiti.
