Great hotel,clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. We had a excellent breakfast, we could choose from varieties of meat, cheese, salats, eggs. The spa is also excellent.

Very nice and clean hotel. Food was amazing, fresh and tasty and lot of choices even dishes for vegans. Staff was very proffesional, kind and helpfull. Play room care takers were very nice and kind toward children and our child was very happy to spend time there. Pool is great for kids. Hotel location is great.

The hammam was not workig unfortunately and the temperature in the spa area was a little bit fresh.
Otherwise nice staff, nice hôtel, very good cuisine in the Perun restaurant.

We enjoyed two separate nights a week apart in this beautiful location. It's really close to the center, you can benefit from parking on premises at an extra cost. There is also a nice, relaxing SPA and the ability to dine in the hotel. The breakfast selection was amazing and the staff was very nice and helpful. There are a lot of sightseeing to be done nearby

A fine, stylish and modern hotel located right next to the centre of the area, the hotel truly earned its stars.
The apartments are very clean, warm and well equipped with everything you would need. They're also quite sizable, and there are fused apartments available as well.
The restaurant is of particular note, as the food there is to die for.
The view out the windows is quite grand, but actually urban rather than mountainous, which is a bit disappointing considering that this ought to be a mountain resort. Sadly, most of the area is highly urbanized, and more reminiscent of a city centre rather than a mountain resort.

We visited Mona Zlatibor several times - both during winter and summer. This mountain is quite popular all year long and the location of this hotel together with the wellness, spa and conference area, counts as a big advantage. Regarding pet-friendly service, they set up so many things inside the whole chain, and pet rules became transparent. There was a special Pet Corner at the lobby and equipment in the room. Their staff is educated to offer Pet Caretaker services as well, but for this you need to contact them in advance.

Good service, great hotel. Even though I was there only one night I enjoyed it. The spa was great as well, for the sauna and Turkish bath you have to pay 300 dinars, approx 2.5 euro.

If Zlatibor has 30 hotels in general, Mona is the Rolls Royce among all! Great hospitality, extraordinary warm people, best Balkan food!!!

Deserves 5 stars for the price of 4. You feel really welcome in this large hotel. The rooms are perfect, the breakfast is a real brunch with hand made cooked food. So tasty that you can skip lunch. The SPA is great, the kids playground really actively entertains your kids. You can do everything inside. If you go outside, everything will be at walking distance since it is in the centre. They have a covered parking for your car. Great hosting culture.
I will return with pleasure.

Great hotel with very polite and professional staff. Accommodation is very pleasant and new. Location is great as well. Breakfast is very rich and you have different opinions every day.

Large, modern, sophisticated, hotel which makes for a comfortable stay in Zlatibor. We found the rooms well soundproofed which was great for peace and quiet. Friendly welcome. Excellent choice for breakfast!

Lovely place to visit and to stay

I will definitely stay here again!!! The room was spacious, ultra clean and very comfy, with breakfast and dinner being a thing to look forward in the day. What made our stay even better was the Inspirium Wellness Center with a fantastic steam and two regular saunas and tasty healthy cakes and juices at the swimming pool bar. Mona will definitely see more of me.

Great food with good quality. Especially special was the 20% discount if you call after 5pm to reserve a table for dinner at the same evening.
The server was really nice and friendly and made great suggestion for the dessert: chocolate surprise.
Nest time we will go again.

Great hotel for families with young kids. It offers swimming pools and kids playground. Food is really, really good, buffet based with wide selection. Rooms are comfortable and service is nice. All in all you get very good value for your money.

This is not our first family (kids 7 and 3, and my wife and I) trip to Mona. We've been here a year before, and both times it was excellent.

Up front I'll mention one little thing that can be considered a problem: Parking. It is always an issue (resolvable) as they are always packed! And that's about it.

Staff goes an extra mile to help you and accommodate your every need.

Rooms are very clean, spacious and just perfect size. (we carry our own bed for the little one, and it fits perfect next to king size bed). TV with lots of kids channels.
Bathroom nice clean with shower. No bathtub. Just perfect when you need to get the kids clean before bedtime.
Food - OK, I love eating, but this is just amazing. Quantity and quality wise. We paid little extra for full board, and enjoyed all three meals.
Kids play room was being remodeled when we were here this time, so they turned half of the convention center into the playground witch was very smart. And they gave us a small discount due to it!
Pool - I've been to a more fancier places with smaller pools. This area includes sauna, and you can get a massage. (at a price though - but my wife is worth it! :D).
Hotel is located downtown Zlatibor, so it is great to get where ever you need in no time.

I am visiting beautiful Zlatibor. I stayed at Hotel Mona The kindness of the staff is at a high level. Breakfast and Dinner is rich especially with traditional food. I coming from USA NYC looking forward to coming back to Zlatibor and Hotel Mona.
