Hotel Tonanti

Amazing hotel. Was greater by the concierge who showed us where to park our bikes. Smooth check in. Wonderfully spacious and well equipped rooms. Splendid decor. Two pools. Outdoor pool like swimming in a bath, it’s so warm. An extra hidden bar terrace just outside the pool area to relax and dine. Good breakfast with an extensive choice of food. Would have liked to have stayed here longer. Very reasonably priced for what it is. For example cocktails 5 euros. Salads 6 euros.

We were from 15.02.2024 to 18.02.2020. (couple with kid). Excellent hotel. The service is more than good. The pool is tidy, the water is warm. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner is more than sufficient. All in all, a very positive experience. For every recommendation.

In a few words, extremely friendly staff at every level with attitude knowledge. I would personally greet Duško (at the door) and all the kindergarten ladies, especially Jelena and Andrijana.
As for management, you don't have to worry as long as you have people like this working for you, especially these days, with the labor shortage in our countries. My only suggestion is that you try to make some better rules for the sunbeds at the pool.

The hotel was amazing as well as the staff.

Food was great, water hot, and location great, since it is just 300m away from centre.

The only minor issue are the sunbeds, since there is not enough, I had to share one with my son.

This was the nicest experience I've had in a hotel in Serbia. The 5-star rating is fully deserved. The food was amazing, the spa and pool area is very well maintained, and the service was perfect - they were invisible to us, but always present and kind, with a smile on their face. I felt like I was taken care of, so nicely.

Regarding the entire experience in the end, and Vrnjačka Banja overall, I can also add that the price was good value as well.

Wonderful and accommodating staff, spotlessly clean, outstanding breakfast and dinner food, crisp bed linens, large and elegantly appointed rooms, clean pool with warm water @30+ degrees C.…. Hard to account for all positives of staying in this hotel, so you can’t go wrong by staying here. Recommending Lux Room with Terrace, pool time after dinner when it is not crowded at all.

Very beautiful location, located right in the middle of the city, comfortable, perfect for a romantic trip with pampering at the SPA, but also for a trip with friends, pigmented with drinks in the lobby bar or with trips around the area.

Not my kind of hotel in terms of design, style and size, nevertheless I gave them 5 stars because it is good value for money. Although, it is not really a 5 star (for example there is no parking whatsoever?!), but a great 4 star hotel.
The employees are kind and everything is clean and new.
Standard room is generic and without balcony, but with very comfy bed with firm mattress. You can smell the cigarette smoke although rooms, except those with balcony, are non-smoking. The bathroom is spacious with a well-designed shower cabin.
The spa area has everything you need, including floating capsule (big plus), and it’s a shame that guests are loud and without basic good spa manners.
For me, best thing in this hotel is food. Tasty and nicely presented. Special praise for the pastry chef. He or she is worthy asset to the hotel. Probably the best bread in Serbia. Hooray for sourdough!

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Food for breakfast and dinner is really delicious, probably one of the best I've ever tried in a hotel. Pools are clean and water in them is not cold like in some other hotels, it's very pleasant. I was surprised with how many programs there are for kids, starting from a day care to games in a pool. Perfect hotel for a nice family getaway from the city, but also for a romantic getaway.

Modern hotel located in a quiet area of a historic spa town. It offers good amenities that includes indoor and outdoor pool areas. Rooms are well-appointed, and the breakfast and dinner buffets are exceptional. The variety of foods offered is extensive and fresh. Staff are courteous and diligent which adds to a pleasant stay. Poor Wifi connectivity was an issue and non- existent around the pool areas. The issue should be addressed.

Best spa and hotel in the city known for its spa hotels, most probably in whole Serbia. Absolutely flawless offer, exquisite food, staff that goes that extra mile. Clean, tidy and super hospitable. Top recommendation.

At the moment, hotel Tonanti is the best hotel in Vrnjačka banja. The best about this hotel is its wellness & spa area with big outdoor and indoor pools which are conected, so you can easily use both pools. Also, spa area with saunas is quite good, but it could be larger with more saunas. Also, the prices for food and beverages at the pool are fair. You must try buffet at the breakfast and dinner with large variety of well prepared dishes. Special thanks goes to employees and service quality which is at the highest.

Excellent food , great spa, excellent service. Kids playroom is awesome and staff is just great - our son had wonderful time there and special thanks for that goes to Jelena Milenkovic.
Any small problem that we might have had was taken care of very efficiently.
Standard rooms are kinda small but “lux” ones are right size.
Looking forward to visiting again.

Very,very good service. Also, nice indoor and outdoor swiming pools which are connected. I would give 4 stars to the restaurant as well. Not because of the food quality but the micro location within the hotel facilites. It is on -2 floor looking at the backyard.
