Hotel Fontana

I recently had a fantastic stay at the centrally located hotel Fontana in the heart of the city Vrnjačka Banja. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. The reception workers were not only efficient but also went above and beyond to make my experience memorable.

The highlight of my stay was the impressive spa and wellness facilities. The serene ambiance and skilled therapists created a rejuvenating atmosphere. The hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every aspect, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent staff, and exceptional spa and wellness amenities. It truly exceeded my expectations, ensuring a delightful and relaxing experience.

This establishment has surpassed my expectations in every field. Parking is spacious, easy to access and close to the entrance. We were greeted by a very friendly staff at the reception who were fast, informative and polite. There are two small elevators operating, which although small in size operate quite fast so we never waited more than 30 seconds. Accommodation is spacey and clean. Spa center offers a decent variety of options and is included in the price of stay. We were greeted and provided with all information we might need and were given a tour of the facilities. Unfortunately, I had an accident at the spa pool that caused a minor injury to my foot. The staff was quick to help and provided me with the first aid which they administrated to my injured foot. They were very gentle, well trained and confident. Although I could walk by myself, they offered to organize transportation to the nearby emergency hospital for just in case doctor checkup which I decided to accept. They provided us (me and my wifey) with a car and a chauffeur named Nikola who took us to the emergency room. He went inside with us and made sure we were immediately attended. Everything was well organized and I was out in less than an hour. Nikola came to pick us up and drive us back to the hotel. The staff was super friendly and asked me quite a few times to check how I was feeling and if we needed anything. They even phoned us to check on me and offered free antistress massage for us at time of our convenience. I must admit that all these were wonderful gestures and I give spa and reception staff 10 out of possible 5 stars for their professionalism, customer care and assistance. I think that this was important to write, for any future guest to know they're in good hands no matter what. Now back to the rating: massage was amazing and done by two well trained professionals who we had a nice chat during the duration of the session. As for the food, it simply put is extraordinarily delicious. Feel free to bring Gordon Ramsay to have a meal here....! I love to cook, it's sort of my hobby, and I do stand by my words that food here is amazing in every sense. The restaurant is a self-service buffet but unlike other places, plates for self service are BIG (usually, in order to save money hotels and restaurants provide plates that are smaller in size than standard ones forcing guests to go get food multiple times making them feel uncomfortable). On these big plates you can put everything you need for more than abundant meal. The food variety is fantastic and the quality of ingredients and how well it was made surpassed my expectations in every sense. It's a mixture of domestic and international cuisine but with a great variety of options and combinations. Well made and served, the food is a feast for both eyes and belly 😆. Of course, other than the buffet options you can also order drinks (wine, beer, spirits) from the restaurant staff. All in all I give the highest grade to hotel staff and chefs who are a prime example of excellent service. We will come again and bring friends with us.

It is a pleasure to express my complete satisfaction with my stay at the Hotel Fontana in Vrnjačka Banja. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional hospitality and service made me feel at home. The facilities were impeccable, the food delicious, and the staff always ready to assist at all times.

Hotel Fontana has made a wonderful birthday celebration for my wife. Katarina has made an tremendous effort to adjust the package, made just for us and even succeeded to overcome all our expectations. Also, wellness center, Andjela, Nevena and Maja, added additional star to our stay. The last but not least, restaurant chef and staff, made birthday cake and sweetened our stay. All compliments to GM Makuljevic, making it all possible. Looking forward to our future stay and city escape at Hotel Fontana.

Extremely nice staff. High level of cleanliness, big variety of food, nice taste.Prices of drinks are very high, especially wines........

Good accomodation in every way. Great SPA with different types of sauna, tepidariums, smashed ice, indoor pool. Clean, modern ambient, comfort beds. Polite stuff.
Nov.2023. New visit, same experience

We didn't stay at the hotel, but have actually reserved a dinner at their restaurant which is open to outside guests.

Since it was Friday evening, there was a live band, singing and playing a guitar, some of ex-yu music hits. We had a great meal enjoying listening to them.

The food 🧆 was absolutely delicious, considering that their prices were not that high, we expected smaller portions, but actually got pretty decent sized portions.

Drink choices are also good, you even have cocktails🍹 beside good wines 🍷 to choose from.

To finish up our meals, you can choose some of the fresh deserts🍮 that they offer.

Finally the waiters, are the most pleasant ones you can get, they are always there for you, looking for your hand, and will help you in any need.

Kudos to all the staff there, excellent service!

I loved my stay in Fontana. My room was spotless, staff was beyond nice, so welcoming and ready to help me with anything I needed. Food is great, so many choices every day, even if you are vegan or vegetarian. Spa was excellent! Location is in the heart of pedestrian street, so you are close to everything! Can't wait to come back!

Good: Very polite personal. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast and dinner is great. Spa is great too. I will definitely come back again and recommend superior apartment for family.
Bad: they don’t let you to take sandwich to room for your kids. Breakfast is serving till 10am and it is early for some kids to eat in that time.

I went with my boyfriend and sister for a cup of coffee/nes coffee and it was good. The place is clean as well as toilets. The staff is nice, too. The music is good as well, the terrace is spacious and it's very pleasant to sit in Fontana.

Take this review for the restaurant and bar portion only, as I’ve been only in that part of the hotel. A must visit place in Vrnjacka Banja, food is one of the best with shockingly good prices, staff is very pleasant and fast, they are very well in tune with one another so there is minimal waiting. One night, there was also live music event, and the band was excellent. My absolute favorite place here!

The SPA and the restaurant of Fontana makes it a landmark point for this beautiful city. I highly recommend this hotel which is located few meters away from the Parc and the touristic attractions of the city

Fantastic location, room, staff and food!

The location is great, the SPA facilities are very nice and well designed, the staff was very helpful! Check out is at 10 am , that was too early for me.
Breakfast is not so perfect, but is just ok.

Everything is ok. Welness area is exeptional. It could be a little bit noisy if you run in to period with families there.

Spa center is very good, best to go after 18h because there is a lot of children in the earlier hours

Good hotel, clean rooms, but very small toalet. The hotel have a very good spa center.
