A superior experience for the value! The rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. The staff is friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. The spa center is great, and the massage with volcanic stones is a wonderful experience. We will definitely return for a relaxing weekend as soon as possible.

Pegaz Resort is very nice and cosy place. Very enjoyable Spa area, excellent cosmetics is used, combined with warm staff and great facial and body treatments. There are lots of options of spa rooms (salty, relax, infra, saunas...). And everything is connected within hotel. We stayed at Deluxe Studio, its very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is also very good, buffet kind. Everything is clean. Pet friendly orientated. Our highlight would be their incredible staff, always kind, helpful and professional. Truly remarkable team works there.

Extraordinary place. Extraordinary staff. Don't think twice about visiting this hotel. The apartment was clean and warm, the hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the spa center was huge with many different types of saunas. We will visit this place again this year.

Great hotel with excellent SPA, cosy restaurant and gentle staff. Easy to reach by car and it’s on just 5 min walk from the city centre. I would recommend for relaxing stay in couple or family. Kids are not allowed in the SpA after 5 pm which is good for the other clients to better relax :)

Nice and cosy hotel, one of those that makes you feel welcomed. It was our second time there, we came again after 2 years and little has changed. Service still good, spa also, rooms well kept...
Food is ok, but not great as it was before, that is my only complaint.
Still, a decent hotel, great staff, receptionists were very polite and flexible when it came to solving some reservation problems.

Being a hotelier myself, i found Pegaz Hotel exceptional in so many ways. As Hotels are a people business, the staff at Pegaz was just amazing in their sincere smile, efficiency and professionalism. And even though its hard to single out certain Team members, i must mention two names here- Miloš at thr Front Desk & Milica in the SPA- you have exercised the high touch service combined with warmth that we see in Luxury Boutique Hotels worldwide!
When it comes to attention to detail, especially in terms of hygiene, rest assured any guest will experience highest of standards. F&B department is bringing not just fresh and high quality ingredients, but also highly attentivr staff! SPA area is always clean and closely observed by staff as well.
I shall be back to the property and i hereby higjly recommend itnto anyone visiting Vrnjačka Banja!

Fenomenal place, loved every bit. Spa is the best in Vrnjačka banja(that I’ve tried), food is delicious (wine and rakia also :) ), rooms are the coolest. But the best part of the experience is the staff - these guys and gals are so polite, so professional and they definitely brought the whole experience to a whole new level. We will definitely come back soon.

The customer friendly approach is visible everywhere. From the polite phonecalls due to reservation of the room until the spa and the massages offered. Me and my wife were very content. The clean Room was amazing and the terrace huge, worked well as a playground for our small poodle dog.
