I’m really happy with your service Joy and Cvece at Teleflora Belgrade Team , everything -communications was excellent !I ordered from overseas on Saturday PM to be delivered on Sunday for my friend's Birthday .It didn’t get delivered on Sunday but they called me to apologies on Monday morning and offer to add on a bottle of mini Proseco as an apology ,or choice to cancel the order . To me that was great customer service . A day later , we didn’t mind and flower arrangement was lovely .
