Recently, my experience with "Alpros" garage service was flawless. Mr. Lazić, the manager of customer service, was knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. He informed me promptly of the cost of the work performed on my Skoda Karoq and provided an explanation as to why. The mechanics' staff was similarly competent and professional. In addition to performing routine annual maintenance, they identified a problem with the front strut that numerous automotive services had overlooked. Garage comes highly recommended!
