Best Western Premier Natalija Residence

Rooms aren't to big but the bed was good. Despite the small space you have everything you need there. Their restaurant offer great food for reasonable prices. Very friendly staff.

Belgrade was my transit city, where I needed to quarantine for a week, before traveling to the US, and I had chosen this place per the google reviews. This was my first time visiting Serbia, so I had my apprehensions. I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations. It's an elegant boutique hotel with beautiful cozy rooms and a lovely outdoor patio. The food is really great. However, I particularly want to give a shout out the incredibly amazing staff here. I was amazed by how warm, friendly and helpful they are. They not only made me feel welcomed, but also went above and beyond to help with me all my questions and needs including booking cabs, taking print outs, helping me find out ATMs, shops, figure out transit options, oh and also provided me with type C charger for my phone that I wasn't prepared for(Thanks, Boris! :)).

I will definitely come back if I ever get a chance. Would highly recommend.

I had just arrived into Belgrade after a bit of a harrowing experience at the airport and just wanted to find a friendly, comfortable hotel and thankfully I found it with this hotel. I just turned up at about 6am and hoped they'd have a room free and walked into a stunning lobby with two wonderful friendly faces. One was from the barman, standing there, ready to serve and I really needed a drink, so that was a lovely surprise. The other was from the receptionist who was equally as lovely. My room was perfect to work in, so comfortable and perfect to work in. I also made use of the spa and ordered a take-away to my room and Boris, the hotel manager brought me in a beautiful bottle of wine. All the staff continued to be super helpful and lovely throughout my stay, helping me out to the taxi when I was leaving. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you to these people for making me have such a fab time!

Nice hotel in the green part of Belgrade. The rooms are large and confortable. The restaurant and the service were great!

Just an exceptional place! The staff here become like family almost straight away with a perfect balance of both attentiveness and privacy. The accomodation is exquisitely clean and the spa is open at all hours. The staff act as a concierge to your needs even if it means calling a taxi to rescue you at 3:00 in the morning. Really, I highly recommend to stay here because they simply "have your back"

Hotel is wonderful and location doesn’t even feel like your in a city, food served in their restaurant is very good and for me felt like was big portions, the staff are extremely extremely friendly and very very helpful, would recommend to anyone

Very unique hotel experience in the middle of Kosutnjak aside of regular downtown rush. A kind of Must-Visit if you appreciate a cosy & quiet place.
