Ok, so here is the thing: since 2018. pools are for the hotel guests only. Or you can get in but you would have to pay full day pool and wellness and spa entrance, which is pricey. It is 5* hotel after all. But that also means that there is no crowd at the pool, waiting time is non existant and especially before noon aqua park is almost empty.

You also can't bring your own food, but you can buy snacks and meals at the pool restaurant. Prices are mid-range.

I'm not sure about negative comments about the staff, from what I've seen everyone is polite, professional and doing a good job.

All in all, it is steep price-wise but you get premium experience.

A real aqua park. Staf is very helpful. It is great for both families and all ages. My family loves it.

For me everything is amazing the hotel even more the place is PRICE LESS the pool is clean as the rooms the hotel is rated 5 stars for a reason!

If you dream on private water park without lines this is the place.
There are slides for all ages. Great adventure and a lot of fun😀💪🏻

It's fun, good for families with kids and those who search for fun in general. It's pretty clean, too. Enough sunbeds, even on a hot summer day.

Awesome place to relax and let spirit loose.Its true that they dont allow stuff to be brought in but its good thing as people would do alcohol and ruin everyone else experience.
