The best delivery company. You receive a message with the time when the package is delivered and the phone number of the delivery driver. In case the delivery time does not match your time, the drivers are very cooperative and prompt at the time they deliver it, you can get along with them when it's better for you.( in my case it happened several times that when the package was delivered and in that time I had to go to kindergarten after my little girl, and I called the delivery guy so I can make an arrangement with him, so he can delivery the package. It was solved very easily. note 10

The courier who is working in my area is very, very professional. He is always very polite and usually knows where I live so he just parks in front of my house and calls me to tell me he is waiting outside, without causing any disturbance at all. The company is also impressive for I always receive my packages the next day. 10/10

I can say I have been very happy with the service from GLS. It is as good, if not better, then the other couriers I have worked with. Actually, my experiences have been good with all the other couriers, except Cargus. I refuse to buy items shipped thru Cargus

Great service, very polite employees and on time. I’m mostly happy because they give you a short time window where they will be able to deliver it and also the chance to change details if needed. Highly recommend it!

Excellent service! Usually no issue from GLS. But even if you have a problem it's easily to fix.
The address in one of my international delivery was specified incorrectly. Conveniently, a notification email has a link for delivery management. I've updated it. And that it. The parcel is redirected to the correct address. Even phone number is editable. The parcel stuck for a while in the GLS. But it was fixed by a single email from my side. The parcel was delivered the next day after email. Quick response, quick delivery.

I know this about courier services - everyone's experience is intensely personal and intensely polarizing. Well, my experience with GLS Romania has been great, every time. I've lived in several cities in Romania and each time I was expecting something, I would hope it was going to be delivered through GLS. I still feel the same way.

It was an excellent experience: the courier (Vasile) made my day. He helped me get the packet today (and not tomorrow). I was not at home when he arrived but instead of leaving and postponing me till tomorrow he waited for me- he told me where I can find him in the area. He was also kind and asked me if I was ok. It was very important to get the packet today.

Unlike many more popular carriers GLS provides a delivery time frame and I'm happy to say in my case was accurate. Keep up the good work!

Livrare in 2 zile maxim, avand in vedere ca era vorba de un cadou si am dat comanda din afara tarii, am fost chiar impresionata. Also, they are not obliged to help anyone in English if they don't speak a second language, I've seen many complaints about that. Employees are allowed to only speak their native language in their own country 🙂.

GLS company is the most professional among the couriers in our country. The personal is always polite an flexible. I strongly recommend them.
